The Mold Detective was extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and totally thorough. She arrived early, educated me on mold and other health related issues, examined every area of concern in and outside the house, and took air samples from suspect areas. I was impressed with her concern for my family's health and the way she conducted her business. Later, she ensured that I received lab reports from a certified lab in a timely manner, provided a comprehensive written report of her investigation including recommendations and additional educational materials on a wide variety of household health issues. Overall, a wonderful experience during a most stressful time, allowing for peace of mind. I highly recommend the Mold Detective!
