I received an attic inspection for rodents. It was thorough and there was no "up selling" or claims that I need something I don't. When I called back for roaches, they came out and sprayed right away. The first treatment was excellent and very effective. He just came out for the second treatment and is going to come back to do a third treatment free of charge because sometimes it's necessary to get the babies that hatched after the treatments.

Tanya and Curtis are amazing! We found wasps tucked in the tile on our roof and needed them gone asap. They were able to squeeze us in to their very busy schedule and got rid of the problem two days after we contacted them. Tanya is very quick to respond and give updates on when Curtis will arrive. Curtis was very personable and got the wasps removed within 30 minutes. In two weeks he will come back for a complimentary check that the problem is resolved. Can’t say enough good things! I’m happy we can Support this small family business!

Have used this team several times over the years. Unlike most businesses in this field they focus on rodent exclusion and then on removing the pests, which is the effective and ethical approach. Most places just want you to pay a monthly contract forever for them to come and set traps, which does not solve your problem but does provide them with a steady income stream. C & T is the rare honest one, and Curtis is very friendly, co-operative, helpful and above all, knowledgeable. As he says " you have to think like a rat" to catch them, and he has obviously studied this field! Only issue is they are too popular and it can be weeks before they can schedule you. They report they are planning to hire some help soon.

Very pleased with the knowledgeable and very thorough service we received from Curtis. We are finally rat free. Curtis installed new vents where necessary and closed off numerous small openings in our roof. Trapped and removed a bunch of rats and cleaned up their mess. Ugh! Curtis and Tanya are a pleasure to work and really know the rodent and pest removal business.

Curtis found the tiny places where the mice were getting into my attic and excluded them. Great service. Tanya scheduled his weekly visits and provided updates so it was totally convenient. Really appreciate no poisons used, no pushing unnecessary services. Just addressed the problem and solved it.

Tanya made the reservation for the inspection. I had noise issues in the attic and rats under the kitchen area. Fees were discussed along with work to be performed. Curt conducted the inspection in a professional manner, took his time to look both in the attic and under the house. Luckily, Curt explained he did not see any issues in the attic, and found where he thought the rats were coming in underneath. He showed me where the point of entry was and explained how to patch it. Overall, I was highly satisfied with C&T, fees are more than reasonable, and I'm happy to support this family owned local business.

I was very pleased! I had several companies quote for this job in our single level, 2100 sq ft home. Curtis was the most thorough inspector and gave a full analysis of what needed to be done, illustrated with photographs. Another company 'inspected' just by looking from the access point and then giving a quote. Yet another company spent time under the house and presented a $13,000+ quote that included a concrete raft and a sump pump without repairing damaged insulation! Curtis gave a price that included closing possible entry points (he found several), trapping and removing the rodents, as sell as removing and replacing any damaged insulation from the ducting. If rodents return within a year, Curtis returns and deals with them, but so far (5 months) the house is rodent free. I recommend this team without hesitation.

Curtis is a total pro! Educated, personable, professional, uses eco friendly and natural products safe for my dogs. No worries at all! He is also willing to spend extra time to answer all questions every time he visits. Exceptional customer service. His wife does all the scheduling and provides 24 hour notice and reminders on the day of service. Today they arranged to pop by on short notice to address a major ant invasion in my laundry room. Highly recommend!

C & T Rodent Control were recommended to me by a good friend who also happens to be a real estate broker and very knowledgeable. I live on a semi-rural street and the environment around us can certainly be conducive to rats. Unfortunately, about 10 months back, a few managed to get in before we were aware of it. I was able to keep the issue in check myself for awhile, but it got to a point where it became clear to me that there was something I was missing. Curtis came out and did an EXTREMELY complete inspection. Yes, C & T charges $100 for this, but it is refundable if you hire them for any necessary work. I consider this completely fair, as it prevents someone from taking advantage of Curtis's diagnostic abilities and then "stiffing" them, so to speak. Long story short, Curtis found what amounted to one or two "wide open highways" into our crawl space. Almost like we had hung out the welcome sign. He quickly addressed those issues, gradually trapped all the critters, and all was looking pretty good within about 3 weekly visits. Except that a couple more managed to get in. Curtis took his time, found two other minor vulnerabilities, sealed them up, caught 2 last critters, and we haven't had an issue since (it's been almost 3 months). Curtis's wife Tanya runs the office. She was always good about communicating with me, alerting me about any schedule changes or if Curtis was running a bit late. While I do have the warranty, I am considering signing up for their maintenance plan. I feel that, ultimately, it may be cheaper to stay on top of the problem (because I can't change the location of my house) than to have to start from scratch on a new round of trouble.

Curtis came over, completely sealed all under house and exterior pathways, and after a few initial captures, the rodents have not returned. Curtis was friendly and we were glad to have him in, under, and above our home. Their pricing of $1,400 for their service was fair and reasonable. C&T provides great value on a critical service for any homeowner or renter. Would definitely recommend them and we have done so to neighbors already.

I have good things to say about C&T, but I'll start from the beginning... Initial pricing was a bit confusing, written up for more than was quoted, but then with a random multi-hundred dollar "discount" to get it down to the quoted price... The initial service and follow-up totaled $1,600 – The "Initial Service Charge" was written up as $1,900, followed by an unexplained $300 "discount" brining it down to $1,600. I had already given them a $100 deposit *prior to this full quote*, so they wrote up "Labor & Material" as $1,500, payable half at the start of service and half on completion (two $750 installments). In any case, my tenant was happy with the initial service. Unfortunately, mice were seen in the house again just 8 weeks later, but Curtis promptly returned to close what they said were new openings in the kitchen (inside the house). Although this left me wondering how there could be a new opening inside, if they were actually exterminated the first time around and the exterior openings were properly closed... My tenant has not seen rodents in the house since that followup visit (a few months now), but says her son hears what sounds like scurrying in the wall on occasion... All that said, I've been happy with their service – Tanya is communicative, and Curtis has kept my tenant happy the times I've had him to the house. I'll be happy to continue working with them should there be any further rodent issues! After the initial service and follow-up were complete, they did offer a monthly/ongoing service as well, which I may consider if the rodents don't stay out of the house. Tanya quoted this at $199 for the first service, followed by $99 monthly or $130 every 2 months – taking the every two months plan, this works out to $914 for the first full year, then $780 per year thereafter if we continue. This is not a service I've tried yet, so my review concludes here! Thanks again, Tanya and Curtis!
