"Thank you so much for taking the time to review our business. It helps us immensely and you made our day."
"Thanks [Member Name Removed], It was a pleasure doing business with you and you made my day today. Happy Holidays Charles"
Easy to approved online & schedule an appointment for the work.
Arrived on time & completed the work in a quick & efficient manner.
Got stains in grout removed. Asked me to inspect that stage of work before sealing.
Pointed to issues in the grout that could not be cleaned (a couple of old divots.)
Nice job caulking the back splash in the kitchen.
Sealing was very quick.
Gave me some final guidelines on drying time.
All very efficient.
"Thanks so much for the review. We really appreciate it."
"Thank you so very much, you were a pleasure to work with as well. Charles"
Courteous, professional, punctual, and responsive.
Great job for a fair price.
We would not hesitate recommend them or use them again.
"Thanks so much [removed member name], a good review is better than any money we can spend on advertising and helps a small family business like ours immensely."
The owner, Charles Pellicci, did the estimate. He was punctual, amiable, and detail-oriented. I liked him. I
thought well also of Noe, who did the actual work. He performed five tasks in our
home. Two of these were re-caulking of showers, one marble, the other ceramic
tile. Both of these looked great afterward, the work being very neatly done. We
were especially pleased because the previous grouter had apparently applied
sealant to her work so Charles and Noe weren?t sure how successful they could
be at removing the old stuff. I appreciated their candor and their success.
Noe also re-caulked our tub. Charles had directed him to use clear silicone because the tub shifted around
quite a bit. This seemed very practical to me and showed attention to detail.
One task was done as a favor and at no charge, for it wasn?t something they do: Noe applied a little silicone to a
sliding door in our bedroo. I?d had a housing inspector go through the house
and he said that the old silicone was in bad shape and storm water was leaking
through. I washed out the track and gave it 48 hours to dry. It looks good and secure now.
The biggest job was our kitchen sink and surround. Noe was to strip and clean the ceramic-tile counter top,
re-touch the grouting with as close a match as possible to the back splash
section?which he would be leaving alone per our request--, and then to re-caulk
the porcelain sink. Noe asked for my input at one point because, when he opened
the can of grout stain, he thought that the color specified by Charles looked
too white for the counter after all. He recommended another color that happened
to be on his truck; it was almost a perfect match. I was very impressed with
his handling of the situation. Everything looked great when he was done.
To my amazement, Noe accomplished all the tasks within a couple hours. He then gave very clear instructions as to
when we could resume using each space, since it varied according to the type of caulk used.
We had one little hiccup, but it only impressed upon me further that Charles is a good man to work with, and that
he has gathered good workers around him. One of the two showers developed
little holes in the grout. I called Charles about it, leaving a message. He
responded within an hour or two. I wasn?t home, but he directed me in his
message to email him. He was clearly concerned and eager to know details. Along
with my email I sent a photograph. He replied that he?d seen that before and it
was generally caused by moisture behind the tiles. I maintained that that
shower had stayed unused for far longer than we?d been instructed. Charles was
consistently responsive and respectful. He never implied that I wasn?t telling
the truth. He was swift to have one of his people--another amiable,
professional guy--come out and redo the work at no charge. The second time was the charm.
