Excellent.

Pretty well, Sean troubleshoots and offers reasonably priced solutions. However don't expect him to be punctual or very careful with property. He tended to slam the hot tub panels around or drop them causing chips in the insulation and plastic. I'm sure he would have been more careful if I had aked him to be, but he seemed a little scattered, although very personable.

My spa had never been serviced in the 8 years I've had it and it would no longer power on, there was a leak and who knows what else might be wrong. I email Sean and his first available appt. was almost a week away. No problem as getting a the spa when the temp is hovering around 100 isn't for me. Tuesday comes and I get stuck on a work call and almost bit his head off at the door until I realized what day it was and directed him around back. When I finally come up for air and my call ends I head out to check with him. He has it powered up and has already checked out some systems noting the ozonater was dead. I asked him to replace that and then on the the leak. Well this one was on a waterfall feature that I never used so it was decided to clamp it off after a repair attempt failed. He said I could use new filters and a new cover. I don't know why - aren't they supposed to last 20 years - haha. He said he would get back to me with some costs on filters and cover, but for now I'm a happy camper to have the spa running again without having to top it off once a week.
I would definitely use Sean's services again when it's time. Maybe next time I won't wait 8 years and actually start getting regular servicing on this thing!

Sean was over half an hour late (without calling) and had trouble finding the house despite detailed instructions and caveats (the house *is* hard to find, which is why I explain carefully in advance how to find it). Once he was there, though, he was great. He inspected my hot tub, gave me lots of information about how it worked, and fixed the leaks by tightening the filter housing. He could have easily made up a bunch of things that were broken and charged me more, so I appreciate his integrity and honesty.

He seemed very attentive, intelligent and helpful. He was very considerate, polite and available. I absolutely will use him in the future.

It was exceptional. He is extremely competent. He is very punctual.
