We initially had trouble getting anyone to respond to our request for an estimate. SpotFree was the first to reply and give an estimate, and then 2 other companies came through with bids. Although Spot Free was a bit higher than the other 2, Michael was willing to match the middle offer and I was happy with that compromise. He communicated well, set up service date the following week, and was on time to do the work. There are different ways to clean windows - especially in tall buildings. We have 3 stories on a hillside and the top 2 floors can't easily be accessed by ladders. So, a long pole method was used to clean the windows. Michael did an excellent job with the pole, but it's just not quite as perfect as it would have been if he could have been on the ladder right up next to the glass and use the shammy to dry the glass. But it was a limitation of our home and lot, and Micheal worked well with the situation. Spot Free was the only window cleaner to check the hardness of our water, which matters with the pole method of window washing. They also cleaned cobwebs out of our tiled roof and scrubbed mildew off of the side of the chimney. Our house and windows sparkle. I am happy to recommend SpotFree Window Cleaning.
