Al and Sharon Had them remove 50 year old juniper bushes. Huge, They also removed the roots to prevent them growung back. About a 7 hour job with a crew of 6. When finished there was not a speck of dirt anywhere. Spotless. Highly recommend them

Roberto was very responsive to my inquiry and came out the very same day to give me a quote. He quoted a fair price and was able schedule our project in before the party. Perez Landscaping and Gardening Services did an outstanding job in cutting our ivy and the ivy of our next door neighbor. We all are very happy with their work.

I am a seasoned gardener who has won awards for my garden. I am, therefore, very knowledgeable about everything to do with gardens. Mr. Perez came and fixed my irrigation system very quickly and elegantly. His charge was more than reasonable. And while he was fixing the system we talked and I found that he is also extremely knowledgeable about irrigation systems, plants, hedges, bushes, trees! I plan to hire him again when I need help in the garden because he can be trusted with any work in the garden. I'm so happy I found him! (By the way, I found him through Angie's List but I couldn't leave a view for him through them because the two services do not link. Not very professional.)

The contractor does not communicate well with his workers. I recently replaced our front-yard sprinkler system . A couple of the sprinkler heads rose slightly above lawn level and could not be lowered without a significant about of digging and rework. I called the contractor to give him a heads up that he would need to uses his weed wacker around these few sprinkler heads. While doing the work, his workers are not being mindful with the weed wacker cutting into the drip system hose, and mowing over the sprinkler heads...damaging them twice causing me to call my plumber back three times. The 2nd time I needed to complain, his mower broke off the sprinkler head causing it to leak. The mower did knock on the door to alert me to the problem. While I was talking to him in front of our home, my next-door neighbor came by complaining the two guys in our backyard were blowing dust and leaves into his pool. That was apparently not the first time for that. After this 2nd time I called and warned the contractor that if I had any additional complaints in the future, I would have to switch to a different contractor. On the third and final time, the mower hit a different sprinkler head severing it from the underground pipe. This time he did not knock on my door. I visually saw the damage. I called the contractor one last time. I gave notice I would be switching to a different contractor. The guy never bothered to apologize in any of the calls. I had my plumber send the contractor the repair bill of $350. Will this change their behavior? I doubt it. This company is a nightmare.

Perez was punctual, courteous, and completed the job a day earlier than quoted. We will continue to use Perez for our gardening / Landscaping needs.

I hired his company to fix a fence and trim some bushes and a tree. The work was done efficiently, with superb attention to detail, and the crew also cleaned up weeds in the area - a task beyond the original scope of work. The price charged was extremely reasonable. Mr. Perez demonstrates a high commitment to quality service and absolute professionalism. I highly recommend Perez Landscaping for any yard or handyman services.

Roberto arrived on time, did an excellent job trimming hedges. I'm hiring him on a monthly basis to trim and maintain yard.
