Pedro was great; he called right after I posted the job, and was willing to call back the next day when asked. He showed up on-time, and gave me a quote for everything at the end of the walk-through. The only issue was some minor communication issues. One of Pedro's guys accidentally took down a shelf I wanted left up; but Pedro put it back up immediately.

Pedro came and assessed my broken doorbell. He was able to fix it instead of replacing it which saved a lot of money and time. He was fast and did a great job. He checked it thoroughly and its working great. He was very reasonable in terms of cost, which I very much appreciated. He's very professional and kind, and was a pleasure to work with. I had Pedro patched several holes in the wall and ceiling and asked that they match the existing texturing. The work had to be done in two days to allow for drying and they cleaned up the place real well each time. Quality of work was excellent!! Pedro even offered to paint the patches for no extra cost and now you can't tell those holes existed. Will definitely hire again!

Pedro completed work in a timely manner and with expertise. On time. Assessed project and determined best was to approach and complete. Price was fair and willing to do either by the hour or by project. Wasted no time while working. One thing that he needs to do is make sure he discloses as NY cost for more than one worker initially. However, it is usual & customary for a project completed by more than one worker to include this in total cost. His hourly fee is quite reasonable, however, consequently his bidsbarennot out of line. Mr. Gomez is not the most honest worker. He was unable to do the most important project that I hired him for but he insisted on charging me the full amount anyway, over my objections. He is downright unprofessional. The quality of work he provided on the other small projects I hired him for is less than acceptable. He and his other worker did not even clear the debris of the two posts I asked them to lower the level for. I will never recommend him for anyone. I sure hope your other service providers do a better job and are more professional than Mr. Gomez. **********He returned part of the payment but not enough and the quality of work is substandard. It's important for anyone who thinks of hiring him to get a very detailed contract signed before work begins.

If you are foolish enough to hire Pedro,get the bid in writing,and don�t give him a penny more.He gave us a written bid,but each day asked for more money anyway.The 1st day,he asked for more money.I thought it was language-based misunderstanding.The 2nd day,I believed him when he said he was just inexperienced at bidding jobs&gave him more.After the 3rd (and FINAL)day,I now realize that this is how he operates.He underbids everyone else,then raises the price as he goes.The price ended higher than anyone else�s,for what was decent work�not great,not bad,just perfectly mediocre.And now we have to find someone to fix the huge mess he left!
