 + -1 moreI was greeted cordially at the entrance by the loss prevention/sales person. I requested direction to the camera section, which was promptly provided. At the camera section, the sales person was initially busy with another customer and after dispatching he promptly addressed my equipment questions. My concerns function, cost and size. I selected the Canon Power Shot and quickly made the purchase expeditiously through the checkout counter.
Description of Work: Purchased Canon Power Shot camera and carrying case.

 + -1 moreThe lady who helped said that it was not back, after they called and said that it was. The paper work is in disorder and they had a difficult time finding all the paperwork. She was rude and did not want to help. They told me husband to come back in a week, and then I went in and they found the computer. I received a credit for half of the amount.
Description of Work: Backed up files, cleaned out viruses, and re-installed software. Sent out to have motherboard replaced.
