I went here to have the 100k service done on my older car. The staff was nice, responsive and allowed me to make the choices about the service I wanted. In the end I believe that I saved a lot of money by going here vs any other garages in the area.

I called this Firestone service center on a Saturday morning and made an appointment for 3:30pm to drop the vehicle off for service. On arriving, on time, I was then informed that they would not be able to perform the service that day. I was a little cheesed-off with this, especially since no-one had called to cancel the appointment and I'd driven down there for nothing. The service assistant, however, said that if I brought the vehicle in first thing the next day, they would do the service then, and give me a 20% discount for the inconvenience, so I decided to go ahead and do so.
The next morning, I dropped the vehicle off and around two hours later got a call saying the vehicle was ready for pickup. I arrived and picked up the vehicle and did indeed receive the 20% discount on all services performed.
Although I wasn't pleased that I initially drove down to the service center only to be told they couldn't honor my appointment, I was satisfied that they handled the situation well, gave me a discount, and completed the service the next day. All work seemed to be completed as expected and I would happily take the vehicle there for service in the future.
I prefer not to use a dealer for service due to the high prices they generally charge. While I hadn't used this particular firestone before, I have used others and have always found them to do decent work at a very reasonable price.
