Martin Plumbing

Contacted Rich on the afternoon of 5/11 due to broken sprinkler valve with geyser. He sent plumber the same afternoon. Chris arrived promptly, assessed the damage, and indicated he would attempt to get replacement pieces at Home Depot. Otherwise he would have to replace the valve. He immediately went to Home Depot but could not get the parts. He quoted me the price for the valve replacement. I approved and he completed the work. We had some difficulty locating the water shut off for the house but he was persistent. The work was completed professionally and the repair checked before he left. He was a joy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was also kind to my dog, which is always a plus for me! Thank you Rich and Chris for your responsiveness!

Called Martin Plumbing in the morning. Was told that he had a someone in Tracy & he could be at our house between 1 & 2. The plumber, Chris, phoned around 1:15 and said he would be here in about 40 minutes. He showed up right on time. Took a look at the water heater and knew immediately what the problem was. He didn't have the valve on his truck so he left to go buy the part and came back a few minutes later and installed the new part. He tested the water heater to make sure there weren't any leaks. He was very professional, courteous and proficient.

I called first thing this morning after my tenant let me know last night that the kitchen faucet broke. Martin Plumbing was very professional on the phone and answered all my questions. My rental property is 300 miles away and I didn't have a "regular" plumber--I do now! They called my tenant right away to schedule and gave a two hour window to arrive. They assessed the situation, called me and gave me options on next steps, and finished everything in a professional and timely manner. I had the invoice emailed to me by the end of the day. My tenant was very pleased with their service and the quality of the repairs. They were very flexible in contacting my tenant for scheduling and me for billing and authorization of work. I now have my "regular" plumber!

Everything was done quickly and correctly as I can tell

The job took longer than anticipated because the drains were rotted. The kitchen faucet leaked and I called back. He came out and fixed it the next morning which was Sunday.

Rick arrived promptly and was pleasant and professional. We mentioned a few of the water heater models preferred for replacement, and he was able to come up with a couple more excellent brands to consider. The estimated cost, with a top quality Rheem 40 gal. gas water heater was in line with one other quote, but 30% higher than the one we went with. Rick was nice enough to also give a moment's opinion of a planned dishwasher and sink remodel, but doubted the sink we had purchased would fit the narrow (21") depth cabinets so typical in a 1942 bungalow. To be fair, this was not something he was very familiar with, whereas "we install water heaters everyday". We both felt Rick was honest, helpful and professional as well as easy going. We would absolutely consider this company for another plumbing job, and appreciate that he was open about his comfort level with installation vs remodeling . (Our carefully researched and selected new kitchen sink did end up fitting into the designated cabinetry, by the way!)

The inspections were fine but I don't think the water heater flushing did any good. It seems like it was just a waist of water.

They installed the system in a timely manner and they arranged for the City inspection and saw it through to completion and sign off, which required them to wait for several hours for the inspector to arrive. Both plumbers, Rich and Camron, were friendly, good guys. They explained the scope of the work before beginning work,and kept me fully informed throughout the installation process. I am thoroughly satisfied with their professionalism and with the work they did. The cost of the job was reasonably low in my opinion considering the time spent. I will use them again when a plumbing issue arises.

The service went well. I placed the call on a Sunday afternoon. The technician was able to accommodate our schedules since I was heading to work and my partner would get off work at a later time. The technician called before arriving to let us know he was on his way. Once here, he examined the water and gave us an estimate. The technician told us that the company would need to order the part and he would call us to schedule an install date. Thursday came around and the technician called to let us know he would be available after a job that was about an hour away from our home. Once the technician arrived, he took his time to complete the job and everything is working well. The only recommendation that I could suggest is that a call been placed to let us know that it would have taken four days to get the parts in to replace our water heater.

It worked out fine. The technician was very polite and took the time to explain what he was doing while he was out. Once the flush was completed, he did not find any issues. Scheduling was not too bad. There was a little bit of phone and email tag. One we got the appointment scheduled, he showed up on time. I see no major room for improvement, but it was a little expensive.

These guys are amazing. They came over within 30 mins of the first signs of water dripping through the ceiling and found a leak that wouldn't have been easy to guess. This is the third time they have had to fix plumbing that was done poorly and completely wrong by the builder of our home. Can't say enough good about these guys.

I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate to do an exploratory survey to find the source of the leak and repair. Sean arrived and began researching the issue and located the drill hole in the pipe about 30" above the floor. He was then able to give me an estimate for the full repair, which was reasonable, and was able to perform the work the same afternoon. He was very thorough and did an outstanding job. I would recommend Martin Plumbing and will use them in the future.

Toilets in my two bathrooms in my house were plugged and also the bathtubs were clogged they drained my sewer line. Very nice and there was no extra charge for coming out on a Sunday morning.

He has several plumbers that work for him. I talked to him almost every time. He seemed very honest. He told about what it would cost up front. I did have a leak after they first installed it and they came back right away and fixed it at no additional charge. I had a good experience with them. I liked them. Every time I called, I got a hold of somebody. I would call them back again and as a matter of fact, I am going to call them back again.

My brother had been has been trying to fix the water flow problem in my shower for months. He is usually very good at solving any problem, but this one had him baffled. This week it finally got too cold for me to ignore the problem. Sam said he thought it would be a pretty simple fix and later that afternoon, Kelly came out. He walked through the problem with my brother and after about 20 minutes, they called out that it was fixed. It turned out that during a previous repair a screw head had broken off and lodged in the fixture. My brother had been unable to see it, it was lodged so perfectly. Kelly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Sam was right. It was and easy fix. It cost what was quoted. Kelly was professional and friendly. He came out late on a Saturday afternoon. And now I have a plumber that I know and trust!

I thought I was going to have a major plumbing problem. The plumber was helpful and explained that it was not a big problem at all and even gave me the advice to fix it myself. He offered to fix it but said it was an issue I could fix if I wanted. The honesty was refreshing! If I have a future plumbing problem, I will call again.

Provider was very knowledgeable and professional. After he checked our old toilet and cleared the block, he then inspected all of our plumbing (toilets, water heater...).

After a somewhat shaky start, the job went extremely well. It was done in a timely manner, and both Sean and Tim were great! They also cleaned up after the job and didn't leave me with a mess in my kitchen. They were not satisfied with the way one side of the sink fit, and will be returning to make sure it is sealed correctly. I highly recommend Martin Plumbing.

First I must say that out of three plumbers I called, they were the only ones that called me back. I guess my work was too small for the others. He was great! He did all the work within an hour. I was really pleased. I will recommend them to others, and I will call them when I need help in the future.

Our plumber, Cameron, was outstanding! We had him out twice for different things, and both times he did exactly what we asked in a short period of time and with excellent results! I would definitely recommend Martin Plumbing.

Everything went smoothly and the cost was half the price that was estimated because they didn't need to add a second clean-out. Both of the men were pleasant and great to work with. I highly recommend them.

They have great customer service and were here in 45 minutes and got the work done in 45 minutes. They were pretty much the best service I've ever had.

I can't rave enough about this Company and the service(s) they have provided. As a property manager I've had more than my fair share of plumbing trouble to deal with and the services needed have ranged from very minor to major. I have NEVER been disappointed in the price or quality or timeliness of the work preformed. My tenants have acknowledge the responsiveness., cleanliness and professionalism of the service reps and office staff .On this visit the service rep went far and above the call of duty! He completed the necessary repairs and then provided a service that was outside the scope of their normal functions to insure the tenants where safe and happy. They did all of this on a moments notice and a weekend to boot. Exceptional!!!!
