Got a same-day appointment even though I called late in the day. He arrived right on time, and immediately started methodically checking and testing the furnace. It wasn't the first most-likely cause, or the second, but he stuck with it and was very thorough until he found the problem - and got it working good as new. I'm sure most others would have given up and recommended replacing one expensive part or another without checking so thoroughly. Amir is clearly a true and dedicated professional and working with him is a pleasure. He found and fixed the problem so we didn't have to go another night without heat. We couldn't be any happier.
