Everyone was very professional and helpful. The only issue I have is that I find the quote for replacing the water pipe VERY expensive. Both of my parents are in the 80 s and on a fixed income.

The repair person fixed the issue, and it was too expensive; almost $275 to replace a water supply line to a toilet. The repair took less than 30 minutes. (Because of a recent knee replacement, I was unable to do the work myself.) Good customer service, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We hired them for water heater replacement and they said it was two days job. They seemed professional at first meeting. After multiple mistakes (they send a new person every time, and they had some sort of miscommunication that caused the job incomplete, repeatedly), one failing inspection, etc., we finally got a passing inspection after 3 weeks. We had work from home multiple times to be available for these people and had to call multiple times to hear back.

The only item I had done was to hook up the washing machine. Thought it was a little overpriced, but needed to be done. The other work I felt was tremendously overpriced at almost $8000, and will do some of it myself - simple to do - and not do the one $3000 item or another high priced item.
