Description of Work: The serviceman came out on time, actually, he arrived 5 minutes before I did. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem after asking me questions and checking out the air conditioner inside and unit outside. I did not go with them because I found out my home warranty sent out their own contractors. I would use them in the future since my warranty expires in August.
