They were efficient, comfortable to work with, and they take a little extra time. They took me back to my place and pick me back again to the dealership.

They are very prompt, and effective and fair. Facilities were clean. They make comfortable while your waiting.

They answered any questions I had afterwards.

That's where I bought the car and the prior car too. If it isn't an "A" I don't go back. They send me reminders for when it's time for my service check and any recalls and stuff like that.

They definitely do the job right! I will recommend them and use them, again.

They have a new remodel service area that's quite inviting now.

They could replace the air plugs cap in the tires I had several of that were missing and I had to point it out to them.

Nothing really stands-out, I go down, make an appointment, take my car in and the job is okay. Normally, I only deal with the people that line up the service and don't have a chance to deal with the technician. Their price was reasonable.

I noticed that my tire was getting a bit low on air. I took my car in, and asked for a quote to fix it.
It took the technician over an hour and a half to get back with me WHILE I WAITED. The service technician insisted I needed a new tire and the one I had couldn't be repaired. He then took me to the mechanic who was actually working on it, and the mechanic stated the same thing.
On top of that, he told me if I left with the tire as is, the tire could blow and cause a horrible accident and was very unsafe. Basically, trying to scare me into buying a new tire.
He quoted me an outrageous price of $214 and suggested I not drive the car until I get this fixed (by them of course). However, being the nice person he is, he offered to take $10 off (woo hoo).
Anyway, I said "no thank you". I waited another 1/2 hour to get my car back (i.e. for them to take it off the rack). Total time wasted: 2 hours.
I later took this car to TWO different tire stores, and both told me this was quite easy to patch. It was a simple puncture, and was quite routine.
I had one of those stores fixed it.
Both stores quoted me a price of only $17 to fix this. That's a far cry from $214. In fact both of the other tire places seemed appalled that someone would need to change the tire - they said it merely needed to be patched. In fact it was a simple patch. When I told them that Toyota of Northridge recommended changing the tire entirely, the person said to me "it's like rebuilding the house if you only have a broken window".
To make matters better, the second tire store only took 1/2 hour from in to out - just as long as it took Toyota of Northridge to take the whole car off the rack.
So my advice - I would NEVER take my car to Northridge Toyota. Terrible customer service and overpriced.
My recommendation - only go here if you want to lighten your wallet.

The dealership/garage is convenient. It's across the street from the mall and a number of restaurants while you wait. I learned to call in and make an appt. early in the morning on a weekend or else it will take a while. The staff was always courteous and professional. I have no complaints since the service is free. I wouldn't go to a dealership for service unless it was a recall or covered repair.

They are very professional and finished on time. They didn't do anymore work than I needed and the car performed great once they were done. They seem to be a better than average Toyota dealership for service.

Could not come to acceptable and necessary final costs for any of the vehicles. Found better offer elsewhere.

I spent about $250 to $350 and it was expensive. It was more than I wanted it to be and I have noticed that it hasn’t come up on my bill yet. Their service was very good from start to finish. Tony was the serviceman. He did what he said he was going to do. He called me when it was done and it was ready when he said. The quality of work is yet to be determined and the car is still running. I won’t know about the quality. I didn’t have a problem with the car, but my last visit was for maintenance.

I don't know much about the dealership as my husband is the one who takes the car to them. I bought the car from them two years ago. I did not have any trouble with the auto sales. They were fine and everything was good. The price is okay, my husband did bargain with them. I think we got a good deal. Their quality of work is good. They are responsive and professional as well. I would use them in the future too.

I have had two new Toyotas since 1985. A 1985 Toyota Corolla and a 2004 Toyota Prius. And for the last 23 years I have had them serviced by Tom Foley, who is now the Service Manager at Northridge Toyota. I met Tom 23 years ago at a different Toyota dealership and from the very beginning he was always extremely friendly, courteous, professional, fair and honest. A true man of integrity. All these qualities in one person are very hard to find, which is why I have followed Tom each time he moved to other Toyota dealerships. How much do I value him and his service team? I live in Culver City, CA and travel 35 to 45 minutes to go to Northridge Toyota to have my Prius, with over 138,000 miles on it, serviced. And I never hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family who own Toyotas. As long as Tom is there that's where I will take my Prius. And if he moves to another Toyota Dealership that's where I will go to have my Prius serviced.
