All work was done on time and to my satifaction. I had a small problem with kitchen faucet after about a mounth and they came right out to take care of it.

Meeting with the general contractor went well, but the sub contractors didn't seem to know about any of the details that we had discussed with the general contractor. Many times there was no one on site that could speak English well and understand our concerns. The job seemed to be rushed and communication was very poor. The general contractor requested progress payments for work that was "about to be done". The work was indeed about to be done, but I didn't like that our payments were in advance of the work being done. Also, the inspectors had to come multiple times at each stage of the project because there were always problems discovered. This was annoying because although the general contractor assured usat the outset that he would be there whenever the inspectors came by, he never was.

We have been very happy with their work. They did such a nice job that we decided to do some other jobs with them. They are responsible for all the inspection and everything. He gave us a lower price on some of the jobs. It worked out really well.
