Description of Work: This contractor built our home. Overall we are satisfied with our home. There have been a few things here and there that have required service or repair since we moved in. The contractor has been responsive to requests to repair items that we raise with him. Overall, I would recommend this builder.

+ -1 moreMeeting with the general contractor went well, but the sub contractors didn't seem to know about any of the details that we had discussed with the general contractor. Many times there was no one on site that could speak English well and understand our concerns. The job seemed to be rushed and communication was very poor. The general contractor requested progress payments for work that was "about to be done". The work was indeed about to be done, but I didn't like that our payments were in advance of the work being done. Also, the inspectors had to come multiple times at each stage of the project because there were always problems discovered. This was annoying because although the general contractor assured usat the outset that he would be there whenever the inspectors came by, he never was.

+ -1 moreWe have been very happy with their work. They did such a nice job that we decided to do some other jobs with them. They are responsible for all the inspection and everything. He gave us a lower price on some of the jobs. It worked out really well.
Description of Work: Skyline Builders & Development Inc did a bathroom remodel, put on new roof and did the heating and air conditioning system. They also redid the electricity throughout the house. They also painted the interior of the house.
