Again, I think the grades for overall are mixed. The guy who came out, I think he was a contractor for the company, he was real good. The guy who came out and did the work, I would give him an A. I went into the store, I had someone take care of me. The guy knew quite a bit about floors. Apparently he loved the job. I made a purchase and when the flooring arrived, it looked different than what I looked at in the store. I wanted to exchange it, and I had a real bad experience.The guy, he tried to make it as difficult as possible. He insulted me. He tried to talk me into keeping the floor. He said "oh, you'll come like it if you look at it enough." It was an eyesore actually. He just made it real difficult. He said I had to buy new flooring and then they would refund me the money in a few weeks. It was a bad experience. I wouldn't use them again. The people in the office that I called, to get the refund, they were pretty nice, they were very professional. This one guy though, he was just out of line. So for that experience, I would give an F, but the company as a whole I think deserves more than that, and again the contractor they sent out, he was great. If I'm rating the sales rep, I would give him a D. The guy who they sent out, was the contractor. The contractor that came out was great. The people in the office very nice. The guy who sold me the wood, knew a lot, but he gave me a lot trouble, when I wanted to exchange it. He lowers the whole experience, this guy in the store, but he does know a lot. I don't think I would use them again because I think I could get a better deal somewhere else.

An excellent experience with buying and installing. Danny at simple floors gave me the same low price as two years ago, though website price had increased. When the original installer turned out not to be available, Danny arranged for a different company, who did the work beautifully and on schedule. I needed it done while I was away, to minimize disruption, and I felt confident that all would be handled with care. Everything went well

On time, punctual and cost effective.

No installation.

We showed up at simple floors, and though it looks small when you drive by, it's actually a nice sized showroom. Danny pointed us in the right direction, we were looking for laminate, and we browsed around. He was very helpful with any questions we had, and showed us sample pictures of the installed floors.
When we had finally decided on what we wanted, we communicated via email and phone and he was very quick to respond. He also got everything delivered very quickly, which was extremely important because we were moving into this new house and desperately needed the floors to go in. He also gave us reasonable and comparable pricing on the floors.

I spent a long time researching the different types of flooring and proper installation techniques.   And there are so many choices that the more I looked the more confused I became.        I tried a series of Depot stores and smaller stores. And I talked to people that either were pretty ignorant about flooring or were trying to sell me on something that I didn't want.   
My wife an I went into Simple floors after a long day, and I finally felt like I was being taken care of.   Danny, knew everything about his line of flooring and flooring in general.  And he was really patient with the very long list of questions I had.   We narrowed the choice down to three but couldn't decide.  Danny gave us very large samples to take home with us.  It wasn't this little square hockey puck size wood but three 2x2 pieces of flooring. That helped.   
We bought the wood on a Sunday and by Tuesday the flooring was delivered to my house, at the time that was decided.   
But here's the reason why I'm writing this review.   After he made the sale, I emailed Danny a few times with small questions.  I would always hear back from him very quickly.   Usually within the hour.   And when I bought additional items that were much less in price (t-moldings, staircase moldings) Danny was just as quick and professional with the little items too.  
Needless to say, I had a great experience with Simple Floors and Danny.

It went very well!  I had been shopping around for flooring, starting with Home Depot.  I didn't see anything there that appealed to me and the prices were high.  Danny at Simple Floors was very helpful with my selection.  I happened to catch a sale, and I got beautiful, high quality flooring for a good price.  After my dealings at Simple Floors, I had no need to continue shopping - I found what I wanted.  I get many compliments on my beautiful floors!

The quality of the material was good.  A few months after I bought the flooring I tried to return a box of the unused flooring and he would not take the return.  Overall, the customer service was good.  I just would not purchase additional flooring from them because they did not take the return.

Danny was who we dealt with and he was helpful and answered any follow-up questions in a timely manner.  I would recommend their service to others.

Everything went pretty well. They have a store where I picked out the flooring I was looking for. The materials were shipped to me within about a week and I had someone else install it. I cannot remember anything would be negative about the experience.

He did a beautiful job, we ran into some issues with the flooring being damaged when it came in so he gave me the same price for better flooring which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend him.

I am a very obsessive shopper. I spent at least a month exploring options, starting with the internet, then visiting Lumber Liquidators, Home Depot, Universal Hardwood, and Simple Floors. The  Simple Floors website was very helpful, but I needed to see bigger samples in person. I met Danny at the North Hollywood store, and he helped me work through my crazy ambivalence--reclaimed oak? Maple? Which type of bamboo? What will be sturdy enough in the kitchen? I must have been back and forth with samples five or six times. Danny even opened the showroom early so I could "visit my wood" in larger segments. He answered all my questions, looked at pictures of my existing floor and gave me advice that wasn't pushy at all. 
He also maintains a website with many customer photos of finished projects. This really helped me visualize. When I finally made up my mind, he gave me a great price. (At least $1.00/sq foot less than lumber liquidators.) He took a credit card over the phone. Delivery was easy, as promised. My contractor was very pleased with the pick-up process. (Simple Floors also does installations, but mine was part of a larger project.)
