Very busy store but they have lots of representatives. Went a number of times and they were always busy but i always saw someone pretty quickly. They showed me lots of options and were patient. Ended up getting some tile I love. Thanks Imperial.

The serviced turned out great. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is outstanding as well. They are very professional in aspects of the work.

Imperial tile was really a great experience. I went to a few tile stores up and down Sherman Way but felt like Imperials selection was much better than the rest. They had tile that no one else had and were able to get me really nice tile for my two bathrooms and kitchen. It was a big order as I did my walls in the bathroom tile from floor to ceiling. The tile was really nice and the best part was that they got it for me in a couple of days which was great because I needed them quickly to install my cabinets. I highly recommend them if you need tiles

However, they'll say anything to make a sale. They fudged delivery times with me twice. The first time due to the Thanksgiving holiday, I accepted their excuses about late deliveries. However, the second time I order, I asked specifically how long it would take and was told a couple of days. When my contractor contacted them five days later, we were told the tile wasn't due until the middle of the following week. You know where this is going... Of course the tile wasn't read on that promised day. Instead I was told it MIGHT be in two days later. After I raised h***, they did send my salesperson to Orange County to pick up the tile and deliver it to my house. I appreciated that, but after the game playing and insistences that they had not promised earlier delivery, I am very disgusted. I also did not appreciate the manager, Alex, calling me "sweetie." Use them at your own risk.
