They completed the job within 3 days and they continue to do an ongoing maintenance check and change on the filters and the unit. When we bought our unit, we learned that the company provided this service. Their prices are very reasonable. We had friends that were in the market to purchase a new unit and the company they went with gave them the same price as what Around The Clock gave to us. But their home is half the size as ours. So they went with our company and got a much better price. We are very happy with their service and will use them again in the future.

They were pros from start to finish. The system works like a dream. We've had it for two years now and they come every six months for maintenance, to check and add fluid and clean the filters. They are always clean, punctual and polite. I refer them to everyone I know.

Just great from start to finish, from Bob who clearly explained my options and the various tax credits and rebates that came with them and gave me the best bid for the best and most efficient equipment, to Al who supervised the work, to the crew that did the installation. Real pros. They even filled out the rebate and tax credit applications for me, and the house was cleaner when they left than when they started. The city inspector's reaction was, "Wow, nice work." The actual price will be about $2,000 less after credits and rebates.

I was happy that I was not charged extra for Saturday service.

They are just incredibly responsive and solved my problems. I would give them an A on all the categories and continue to use them in future.

i was very pleased that they sent someone out the same day I called for service. Oleg was straight forward and was able to correct the issue within an hour. The only problem was with the clean up. After he left, I noticed that his ladder left two 3inch long dark black grease stains on the light carpet in my daughter's bedroom. He also left the dirty air filter in the hallway. I am pleased to have the warmth, but ungrateful for the mess.

They refused to perfom the job because they could not agree to have me take a picture which is one thing I always do with contractors that come to our house for security purpose. After he left, I changed my mind and I was willing to have him come back and not have his picture taken. When I called them, they were so mad that they refused to come back. I had a check ready written to them. It's their loss.

I could not get my heater to turn on no matter what I did and since it's FREEZING I called Around The Clock. They said a technician would come between 2:30 and 5pm and he got here at 3:10pm. I showed him the heater and he tried to turn it on and....IT WORKED! I felt like an idiot but he assured me that I probably just hadn't waited long enough for it to come on and explained to me how the thing works. He also inspected it for any problems and other than being a very old furnace said it was fine for the short run. I'm grateful he didn't make up some silly part just so he could charge me for it. He recommended I get a new furnace as soon as possible for safety reasons and found out for me how much it would cost (with a coupon.) He was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. Although I can't afford one right now when I do get a new furnace I will probably go to Around The Clock.

They are a big company. I have a service agreement with them. They come out atleast twice a year to check if the heater and air conditioning function properly. Their charges depend on what they are doing. They always call me to schedule the appointments. They were referred to me by a friend. They?ve been using them for 30 years and they?ve been doing good work. They have the same men working for them, year in and year out. They are a family owned business. They are all very nice. There are no problems with them.

They were very good, professional and punctual. He gave us a free estimate and explained a lot of things to us. They also offered financing options. I would consider him in future.

Our air conditioner conked out on Saturday night so because we are big babies and can't stand even five seconds of discomfort, I checked the list on Sunday for a repairman. I called them, the owner answered the phone and said someone would be out within two hours! Sure enough, the repairman appeared, diagnosed and fixed the problem all in under an hour. He was competent and polite and we were not charged extra for a Sunday visit. Could not have been happier, it was all like a beautiful dream. Except Brad Pitt wasn't there.

Wnen I called to set up the appointment, they asked me to tell them what type of filter I used. This took a while, and they initially couldn't find the model of my air cleaner. When I gave them the information I found on Google, they were able to determine the right filter. The service person seemed knowledgable and efficient and completed the work in about 40 minutes. He told me they will contact me for the summer air conditioning service. The price for the annual service was about $100 lower than what I had paid before, so I was also happy with their price.

The technician showed up promptly and performed tests on my system. He explained to me that I needed a "TXV Valve" and a "dryer filter." The former is a particularly expensive part and he urged me to try to locate it myself. He was quite personable, patient and he seemed to be knowledgeable. He even suggested I talk to Sears to try to have the parts replaced under warranty. The estimate for labor was going to be $650. I told him to try to locate the parts for me so I could get a complete bid. A call never came and I decided to take the technician's suggestion and call Sears. The Sears guy came and performed a "freon re-balance," on the system. Total bill: $150. I haven't heard back from Around The Clock. The unit seems to be working fine. Maybe later in the season I'll discover otherwise, but it's a little surprising that Sears never mentioned a TXV Valve nor a Dryer Filter, so I'm left feeling doubtful about Around The Clock's diagnosis. Also the fact that they never called me back is a definite debit. Next time I will go with another service provider.

I had Bob as my salesman and he was great. Not pushy, answered all of my questions. His estimate was not the lowest of the 6 I had received, but I felt the most comfortable with him. On the first day of the installation, there were 2 Around the Clock employees, a project manager and a subcontracted electrician. Had it not been for the subcontractor, Around the Clock would have gotten all A's. The actual employees were very nice, courteous, professional and clean. The subcontractor was the opposite. He didn't use any dropclothes, dragged dust throughout my house, banged my coffee table and put a knick in a wall. He also left 3 empty water bottles on the street in front of my house. The second day, there were 3 Around the clock employees performing the rest of the work. They were all top-notch! They even removed my old window AC units. I'd highly recommend this company. Everything was completed without additional cost and in the time frame indicated.

Awful. Something has happened since I used this company last time. I told the person I spoke with we had two units that needed inspection and cleaning. He told me they didn't do cleaning, but it would be 150 dollars for both units. Reluctantly, I agreed. Then he said, this price doesn't include your Heating units, just the air conditioning. The price for that was 199 dollars. I was now really unhappy at the additional cost, but agreed anyhow, and felt I had been taken advantage of, but we really wanted to get this done, so I justified it by them coming quickly. I hung up after setting an appointment for tomorrow, and then was surprised to see they were calling me back. The man told me that as we had two units, which I told him the first time, the price was now 400 dollars!! That was too much, and I cancelled. These folks have gotten way too greedy for me, and they aren't even cleaning the units, for 400 dollars. No thanks.

They did a very good job. They knew thier business well and did not have any excuses why they can't fix something. I would hire them again in the future.

My 5 yr old rooftop A/C Kenmore unit stopped blowing air. I called the next morning at 9am and a technician (Igor) arrived at 11:30am. He said I had a blown computer board and that that wasn't a good thing. After he made some calls, he said it would cost around $600 to replace (parts & labor). I asked him to break that down, the parts and labor, but he said he didn't know exactly, that it was the packaged price. - That's the only thing I didn't like about the whole experience. I like the charges to be itemized so I know what I'm paying for. - I decided to go ahead and do it, because even if I called another company to get a second opinion, I would have to pay that company money to come out and I didn't know when they could, what they would ultimately charge, etc. Igor came back in two hours with the part and cool air was coming through my vents by 3pm. I definitely liked that.

Excellent, professional service. I called shortly after 7:00 a.m. and the unit was repaired before 9:30 a.m. The serviceman (Erick) was smart and knowledgeable. Wish we had known about Around the Clock when we remodeled.

My air conditioner had quit cooling and I made a couple of phone calls and did not get a return call so I looked up Angie's list and made a phone call at 5:00 pm and there was someone here by 6:00. He fixed the problem and even checked to see if I had enough Freon in my unit.

The guys name was Egor and he was good. He came and was professional. They were not on time, but the company secretary called ahead and let us know that he was going to be running late that day. He seemed knowledgeable about the air-conditioning unit and what he told us seemed reasonable. He did the job and left.

Around the Clock's salesman seemed very willing to talk and spend time with us on the first review. Their proposal was probably in the mid-level of the ones we received. My problem is that the salesman was unrelenting in his callbacks. He called my office, my home, and sent emails on a nearly daily basis. It became so annoying that, even if their work is good, I would not use them. Just too aggravating. They were also the only vendor (and I checked another disinterested third party) to insist we should not install new registers for the a/c. That's a plus or a minus, depending on your point of view.

They are a good provider of the central heating and air conditioning systems. They are well organized and communicate their ideas well. They exchange with us our needs and their solutions. I like swiftness and efficiency of their installation. They are also very good about organizing all the rebate information and help in getting them back.

The salesman was great, not one of the typical smooth talking people that you immediately want to kick out of your house. The price, although not the cheapest, was very reasonable. The installation was pretty quick. Overall, an excellent experience.

Leon serviced my 9 yr. old Rheem 10 SEER air conditioner. He used a 'kit' and it now works, but AFTER doing the repair, and only when I asked, he said there is NO WARRANTY on labor or parts. Although I knew there was a $65. house call charge that would apply to any repairs, he fixed it without giving me an estimate at all. I hadn't asked for one and he fixed it so fast that I was grateful not to suffer another day of 90 degrees indoor temperature.

I called based on Angie's list rating. Leon was here within 30 minutes, found and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Friendly and professional.
