These guys were great. They provided an extremely detailed estimate and went the extra mile to make sure the duct work and placement of all registers would result in maximally efficient heating/air. they also provided very detailed options regarding price vs efficiency of equipment. And the installation workers even took breaks when our baby was napping!

The company was immediately responsive and set an appointment for an estimate at a time that was convenient for us. The salesman was informative and knowledgeable and his estimate was 100% accurate - and provided immediately. When we decided to use the company, the work was scheduled within two weeks. Workers arrived on time; were friendly, tidy and professional; and the job was finished in two days as promised. We're very pleased with the work that was done, HOW the work was done and the product.

Responded the same afternoon to fix A/C during a heatwave. Showed up on time. Clean, courteous and professional. The repair was effective.

The company tech arrived on time and let me know how much it would cost in advance before doing the work. He showed me the accumulated dust on the condenser before cleaning it and then showed me again once it was cleaned.

Everything went great. They delivered what they promised.

Tech explained why I may need new A/C coil, but it could cost as much as $2,000. He offered that as one option but said that he could add freon to the system instead for a lot less money. He cautioned me that adding freon may not be a long term solution and I may need to either add more freon in the future (which shouldn't happen in a well-functioning system) or replace the coils. I opted for the less expensive option, but did so after full disclosure by the tech, which I appreciated. He was a nice guy, professional and was thoughtful enough to call when he was running late to tell me when he'd be here. A week after the repair was made, everything is working beautifully.

He came out and checked the unit. It was simply problem he was able to fix. The price was very good and it was a overall a good experience.

When I used the a/c the house was not cooling down and I could tell that the air coming from the vents was barely cool (kind of luke warm). This was in early June, Eric, came out and added Freon to the condenser unit which at that point had no freon in it at all. He told me that meant there was probably a Freon leak and that if the problem happened again it would mean we would have to replace the coils. Sure enough about 1 1/2 mos later, the a/c was not working and Eric came back out to replace the coils. In the process of checking out the coils he realized that the leak was actually in the condenser unit. Because the leak was coming from a pipe made of aluminum he said he could not solder them and would have to replace the condenser unit. I ended up replacing the condenser and the coils, converting to the new Peron system. Eric told me I did not have to replace the coils and I could have gotten another Freon condenser. Knowing that Freon has been banned, I just decided to convert. I am very pleased with this company, they were punctual, courteous and professional.

The technician immediately diagnosed the issues I was having with my air conditioner, as well as gave me some tips for long term maintenance. The prices seemed fair, although I have very little experience with air conditioning and heating, so I have no frame of reference. I would definitely recommend, and use again if the need arises.

Michael the salesman we met with was knowledgable and respectful of our budget concerns. The installers were very efficient and tidy. Although we are still waiting for the hotter than hot valley temperatures, we have tested the system and it appears to be top notch.

It was an excellent experience. The service tech was clear in explaining what needed to be done and how he would go about it. He was polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job.

Bob came and evaluated my home and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was such a lovely man and I enjoyed meeting him. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations. This was my 3rd estimate and I was so impressed with Bob, his knowledge and the easy rapport we had. And happily, it was also the lowest estimate I received. And because of all of the good reports on Angie's list, I decided to hire Around the Clock. In big part because of Bob! Everything that was explained to me happened exactly. the crew came, removed the asbestos vents and left zero mess. The next day the heating and air crew came and had the entire system installed in 2 days. Again, very little mess and overall an easy experience. I haven't used the heating system yet (it's June) but the air works well and I'm happy with everything so far. I definitely recommend Around the Clock.

This was a wonderful experience! They were able to come the same day and even came earlier than estimated. He did a wonderful job explaining our problem and gave a few solutions. He completed the replacement of our AC motor in under an hour! He really took the time to explain every step of the process. There prices were fare. We would use their services again.

From the sales person the the installers to the supervisor that came after the job was completed.trying to put into words the service and responsiveness of this company there are not enough adjectives that can be used. They were right on time as they said that they would be and started work in a very professional manner. The pathway that was used to remove and install the the new system was covered so that there was nothing that would be damaged. The crew worked diligently and professionally to complete the first day of work. By the way that day was very hot and working in the attic to remove the system was no small task. On leaving for the day they said they would return the following day at a specified time. The crew arrived just as they said they would. The work ethic of this crew is something I have not seen in quite some time. They worked as a team and did everything without any complaints or hesitation. When the job was done they left our home just as it was when they came in clean and spotless, but with a new HVAC system. The city inspector came and approved the job and commented that it was a job well done and I concur.

As above. He put a recharge in the refrigeration unit and will probably replace the unit next year

Customer satisfaction seemed to be important IF they were doing the work BUT, they are NOT going to give you objective advice. Caveat Emptor.

Crew of 3 was to finish the job in one day, but one guy was sick, so the job took two days. Not a big deal at all. The guys were professional and courteous, and worked diligently. This is a real company, with company vans and good equipment. I felt like I was working with a company, and not some guy out of his garage. I'd definitely use these guys again, and probably will since one of my AC condensers is dying.

Though I went with another vendor, it WAS a tough decision as Michael F from Around the Clock was incredible professional and down right honest. It is really refreshing to NOT be oversold and told, 'you need this and you need to add that...' If you gathering bids, do yourself the service by meeting with them!

Everything was excellent. They were always on time and did quality work. We are very pleased with the service.

The meeting with the sales rep was helpful and informative; all questions and concerns were answered/addressed. I felt comfortable, not hustled. On installation day the crew arrived on time, were polite and professional and went about things very carefully avoiding scratching walls or dirtying the carpet when moving the old equipment out. Then were even careful to close the door softly behind themselves on their way in and out of the house. They had the correct hardware model numbers delivered to the house and went about it thoroughly. Questions that came up throughout the day were answered respectfully. They had all the paperwork with them and the contract had the correct negotiated price on it. I had asked during the consultation to have the condensate drain line re-routed and this detail was successfully communicated to the installation team and carried out without my having to follow up about it. The installation team didn't make up excuses as to why they couldn't do it...they actually re-routed it! Now I don't have to be woken up on summer nights by air conditioner condensation gurgling into the tub! These guys are great!

It was an expensive repair, but it was still better than replacing the whole unit. They were very responsive, extremely clear on what they needed to do, and they put the initial visit cost toward the final bill. My unit is on the roof of my condo, so it wasn't the easiest for them to get to. They were highly professional, their cost was reasonable, and I would recommend them.

Called in the morning and received a 2-hour appointment window. Igor arrived on-time and well within the window of time promised at the outside. It was a same day, Saturday appointment. We discussed the issue of the heater, he reviewed the diagnostics on the unit, explained clearly what the issue was and took the time to walk through the basic operations of the unit. After some brief diagnosis, he was able to get the motor going again. Hopefully, just a glitch this time around, but if there's a need for more repair/replacement in the future, we know who to call. This was a knowledgeable service call, on-time, courteous, and services were delivered as promised.

They arrived on time. Gave an estimated cost. Replaced a fuse in the attic and performed a general service on the heating system. Cost was exactly what they had told us it would be.

Needed someone to maintain Lennox gas heater and air conditoning system. The company which installed the system went out of business. Around the Clock sent a technician the next morning after I called. He arrived on time, with the new filter for the heater, and went through the inspection of the system. He was very professional. I paid for a yearly contract with them, and they will call me when it's time for the next service.

About 3 weeks ago my heater wouldn't turn on, I called Around The Clock and when they arrived, surprise!, it worked. The technician inspected it anyway and said since my heater was 25 years old I'd probably have to replace it soon. In fact he said it was probably unsafe. He gave me an estimate (including a promotional price with 500.00 off.) I was hoping it would last for one more winter. No such luck. About a week later it would not turn on at all. Totally kaput. I thought I could do with space heaters but felt like l lived on the steppes in Russia so I called back and they sent the same guy, Igor, back to install the heater the next day. He was on time, efficient, cleaned up after himself and I paid the price quoted. My old heater looked like something from a Mad Max movie, I'm surprised it hadn't blown up long before now. Most importantly I AM WARM again. I could not be more pleased with this company. They were kind, honest and professional.
