He called immediately, came within the hour diagnosed the problem and showed me what had to be repaired.  It was an appliance problem with the built-in dishwasher - but now I know what to say and how to explain the problem.  Wonderful work, clear concise, trustworthy.  I would definitely call him again in the future.

This was a big deal purchase. I was not particularly happy with this one. The only thing he had to do to the drains was unclog them. He had to take them apart but one he put together is not working really well. I think the cost was something like $75 a drain. It just seemed very expensive just to unplug two bathroom sinks. It also was $29 for a service call. I think they came out right away.

Benny is the best. He is patient, and really listens to what you need. He understands budget limitations and is reasonable. He did excellent work that I know will last for years. He came back because he realized he should install a plate over the work so the drywall guys wouldn't drill in to the new pipe. I will go to him in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Benny at Plumbing and Sewer Care was incredible.  First he happily accompadated a change to the appointment time that I was my fault.  He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He took care in my home - treating every room with respect - he was clean about his work and explained every step of the process.  What I thought was a routine roto-rooter - turn out to be a bit more and he successfully located the problem efficiently.  Clearly he has an expertise in plumbing and even offered some suggetions should the problem occur in the future.  His price was fair and resonable and I would DEFINITELY hire him in the future.  Very Impressed!

Benny at Plumbing & Sewer Care did an excellent job on clearing tree roots, hydro jetting and installing a new lining within the sewer line to repair a sewer line failure.  This was the most extensive plumbing repair that I have had to deal.  Benny is very professional, always was on time, gave excellent descriptions and explanations of the problem and the options to repair the sewer line.  He takes real pride in the quality of his work and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Benny and am very pleased with the quality of the work that he performed.

He was okay. He was good too. There was an additional fee which didn't seem like it covered very much. He did what I needed him to do. He was very friendly. He had to take some things apart and he was able to resolve the problem with a reasonable amount of time. We thought it was going to take more. He resolved it without additional cost. It was based on the fixture I had. A lot of it were for the parts. He's pretty quick.

Benny could not have been more helpful. I started with one leaky toilet and another that would not flush. He gave me price options and advice in choosing new toilets, then bought them at the least expensive plumbing supply house. I thought I might need a new garbage disposal, but Benny found the source of the problem, then snaked out the connecting pipe. Later that day, the snaked pipe, started leaking (not Benny's fault), he returned early the following morning and replaced the leaky pipe. He then went around the house with me and we made a plan for future work. He advised me along the way, what was necessary and what could wait.
Benny walked in with shoe covers on his shoes, a floor covering to protect my floors and a great attitude and disposition. He answered my phone calls immediately and arrived early, I will call him and refer his services without hesitation.
