Came on time. Technician, James, listened to me when I told him what needed to be done. He explained what he would be doing and then gave me the expected quote. I added somethings on like 3 new faucets and a garbage disposal and he went shopping. He's a terrific young man, knowledgeable and very efficient. Always Affordable Plumbing is now in my "Contact List" on my phone.

First look at my kitchen faucet and a little draining, and the faucet worked like it should. Scot looked at the other small repairs I needed and an additional appointment was made. Scot took care of the repairs and was very pleasant to deal with.

The project started out being a rebuild of the faucets and a toilet. While making his estimator the job, Nathan warned me that there could be problems given the age and condition of the fixtures. He was right. Scotty tried rebuilding the faucets but the calcium deposits were too much so I decided to replace them. His suggestion ended up being the best looking and least expensive option. The same is true for the toilet as there was no rebuild kit available. That was phase one. A couple of days later I decided to have two more faucets replaced. James was on deck this time. He ended up having to go to three Home Depots to find the fixtures I wanted. All in all, I am very pleased with the results and especially with the professionalism and consideration of Nathan, Scotty and James.

The guy was on time, he called when he was on this way. He figured out the problem and fixed it. It took all of 10 minutes and it was a bit pricy even with the senior discount, but you get what you pay for.

They were hard working and did a great job.

The plumber did a good job. He was delayed a half day apparently because he was called to an emergency.

Had a water line burst connected to the main water line. They were able to fit me in their schedule within a few hours. Awesome, knowledgeable, honest and straight forward service. Fixed the problem quick and at a great price. Definitely found my go to plumbing company!

The technician was running late for appointment (2-5). Received a call at 04:30 that we r late and tech will show up from 5:30 to 6:30. The tech Mr Drew showed up and install the Faucet. Cost of project was high$185.00.

I would recommend this company to everyone. Very professional. Went out of their way to help and repair problem with water heater.
