Veterinarians
Dr. Vu was professional and gentle with our horse. She brought an assistant and they knocked him out and helped him gently to the ground. She explained what she was doing as she was taking care of him and explained how we would need to care for him in the days that followed. She waited for him to recover and checked him out to make sure that he was doing well on his own. She told us the emergency signs to look for and to call her if any of those issues arose and she would come out to check on him. She also checked out our mare who has had sand colic issues issues in the past.
