She told me what she would do, that she would do very in depth cleaning and I would just be amazed. I was away when she did it, but my mother was there. I got home several days later and talked to my mom and my mom said Jessica called the day of the cleaning and said they were going to be late. She had two girls ahead of our appointment. They came for two and a half hours. My mom noticed there were things that weren't done. When I came home, I was walking around the house and none of the things were done that she told me was going to be done. I was very disappointed. I called and left a message. She called me back a couple of days later and she started making excuses. I told her I just needed to know she's going to make it right. She said okay and that she'll be back on a scheduled day and reclean my house at no charge. She came out and they did a much better job. When she left, I asked her if we could schedule for a day in the future to clean again. She said to let her check her schedule and get back to me this evening. It's almost a month later and she still hasn't called me. I just can't recommend her. I would tell others not to bother with them.

Jessica is lovely.  She brings a crew of 2 or 3, arrives within 15 minutes of when she is supposed to come.  They are fast and good.  She costs $30 per hour per person.   She needed to spend more time the first time they came as I had let my house go and she needed to do some deep cleaning. But now that we have them coming on a regular basis they can do the job in 1-2 hours.  My neighbor has also hired them.  Looking forward to a long relationship.

If you want a professional job done, call Jessie. She and her crew are amazing. You want windows, they do windows!

I called Jessica at the last minute to get a couple of rooms cleaned that were pretty dirty due to a bathroom remodel. She was able to do the work the day after I called. The place looked great at a reasonable price. I would certainly used Jessica again.

Floors shine. Makes it nice not to have to worry about trying to fit that into limited time spent at coast.

I had paid for 4 hours (2hs x 2 workers) but they actually stayed an extra half hour for a total of five. They accomplished more than I expected in the time allotted. They both worked very hard the whole 2 1/2 hours and did a great job! They were also very pleasant.

Jessica Borgen's cleaning service is the BEST. She shows up on time with two other helpers and they clean my two-story house in about 2 hours. They do an A+ job. They are professional, trustworthy and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Third time I used service was a disaster. Bathroom not cleaned; toilet not cleaned; and worst of all. the bed frame fell apart when I sat on it so the cleaner must have dropped the matress down too hard after making the bed. They did not even tell me there was a problem, which would have given me a bit more sympathy.

I haven't heard a word from her since making arrangements for her to come out and clean and failing to show up.

Jessica and her team were by far the most thorough, energetic and professional I've ever had in my home. I desperately needed help as my husband has been ill for several months and I was more than just behind with housekeeping. It's been several years since I've hired anyone to help, after a bad experience with Merry Maids. I cannot recommend Jessica's service enough.

She brought her own supplies and was careful to check re what should be used when there was a question. She and her team were also very careful about putting everything back as they found it - something that may sound unimportant - until you find yourself hunting for everyday items stashed in places you wouldn't have thought to out them - as has happened with nearly every other housekeeping service I've hired in the past. It's a relief to know someone really can be helpful when help is needed.

I think their prices are reasonable.

Jessica was very professional and punctual. She came to the home in advance to evaluate the job and provide an estimate. On the day the work was done she and her staff did a quality job throughout and were very pleasant. They did the work that was requested and did an excellent job of it.

Jessi always stays in touch by email to confirm cleaning times. She and her crew are very friendly and perform excellent work.

Jessi and her helpers are swift, thorough and friendly, but not chatty. They go about their work in a professional manner and are very detail oriented. Our house includes hard word flooring, Mexican pavers, tile showers, carpeting, and granite counter tops. They thoroughly dust, clean floors spotless, polish tile and granite, vacuum entire house, wipe and polish doors and cabinets, and do major picture windows...our house always smells clean and fresh, but not medicinal or lingers of strong cleaners. She is a professional who knows how to clean all surfaces as she has been doing this for years. She also cleans our paned windows twice a year including screens, etc.
