I have used Val-Arm's serves several times over the past 9 years. Armando, the owner is very versatile. When I had a balcony deck to waterproof, he made excellent recommendations and provided a tiled pattern look. He was very effiecient and very reasonably priced. On another project where I had a very large balcony deck on my rental that was not flat and had water laying problem. he provided a small gradient so that the water moved to two sides of the deck and over the side. Again the work was done very efficently and economically. I would strongly recommend Val-Arm workmanship and costs.

Pablo and Armando were very professional. I really appreciated how prompt they were to respond to my requests for a contractor. This company also had the most reasonable price out of all the contractors I interviewed.

Don't return calls, sloppy work, no care about detail

The project was to replace the existing overlay on our sidewalks and driveway that had cracked and become a hazard. They did so at a very reasonable price. After grinding off the existing overlay (which was never properly applied) they laid down a "slurry"-type finish which they sanded, colored and sealed for us. My wife and I are very happy with the overall results.

I hired Val-Arm to apply epoxy to my garage floor, they did they job in 2 days as opposed to 5 days estimated by another company. They had to come back 2 times to do touch up work on a particular spot that did not dry properly but they eventually got it right. I would use them again and I recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I would hire this company again in a heart beat. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. The work they performed was awesome! Arturo worked really hard and made sure I was happy with the color and look of the floor stain. He even returned on Sunday to finish it so I could have it done as we agreed. I have dealt with many mediocre contractors who are unprofessional and inexperienced so Val-Arm was like a miracle.

Our home has been on the market for almost a year. We have been getting the feedback that the interior looks great but that the yard was too big. We had a feeling that the curbside appeal was lacking, that people weren't falling in love with the outside, before they went inside. One big issue was that our concrete driveway and wraparound patio had cracks. We hired Val-Arm to fix the cracks and stain the concrete. What a difference it made. Within two weeks of their work we actually had three offers and accepted one. I can't prove that Val-Arm was the critical difference, but I sure do believe that their work was the difference.

I couldn't be happier with the over all experience! Ivan was extremely attentive to make sure I got what I wanted. He was patient and understanding when I changed my mind half way through the project, quick to accommodate to those needs. My garage floor looks amazing! Fernando is a huge asset to the San Diego community as he does quality work.

Great customer service. Valentin repaired cracks on my concrete patio, then added cuts to the concrete and stained. I looks great. I highly recommend, I will use their services again. The price for the restoration was lower then expected.
