Evista Environmental Health Systems
About us
Evista was founded in order to meet the need for an alternative to the “run of the mill” environmental consulting firm. By consistently implementing our solutions with a “team player” approach, we are able to successfully bridge the gap between the consultant, adjuster, property manager, contractor, and building owner, in even the most difficult and multi-faceted projects.

I would like to understand what is the factor for them to be considered the recommended vendor for the member to go to.
I would like you to look at Yelp Review.
It is very rare and so promising that something about their business is so wrong.
Angies list also shows ?C? review before I post my review.
We completely wasted our time and $285.
The rep, Mathew, sounded very understanding, and promised to do the testing we needed.
Yet, result is that they did not follow what Mathew promised, and no apology nor refund but only rude attitude back.
We knew our HVAC system duct wrap is asbestos. We needed to find out if the dust in the vent is contaminated due to the asbestos from outside of the vent.
Friday, Rep Mathew said we have to start with the basic test to see if material consists of asbestos by law or procedure or some sort. But they will take a dust sample together to save the next trip which costs hundreds of dollars just to come back to the site. We agreed.
Project manager was supposed to call us on Monday morning to go over things. No call.
NO call from them, so I called them after 2pm.
Client Service Manager had no idea about my project.
Noah (project manager) called back and went over only the pricing.
Test result came back.
They only checked if asbestos is used in the materials or not...which we are all aware, and that is the whole reason we went to them referred by AAA. We needed to know if the dust in the vent system is contaminated by the asbestos or not.
I called them and asked for the explanation of this misconduct. Technician said he will call back within a couple of hours. No call.
I called Mathew (the rep), he remembered our communication and what he promised, and he said he will call back, and never called back.
Client Service Manager, who was nice the day before is completely defensive, does not even give me the time to ask question.
Next day, Noah (project manager) sent me only a quote for next step, over $5000!
No explanation, No recommendation, nothing, just the next quote.
Noah and I talked on the phone. He says plan had to be changed. This plan change has never been
communicated to us. If he told about the plan change, we did not conduct the test that costs $285 for the fact we already knew obviously.
I asked for basic things to ask for:
Refund or conduct one dust testing Mathew promised without the trip fee of $500 (yes, they charge $500 to just go back and that is the reason Mathew promised they will take one dust sample during the initial trip. And that to be tested after the basic test comes out positive on material content which we knew to come out positive but needed to do first due to some kind of regulation according to Mathew)
Noah, then completely and suddenly changed the attitude, made it very obvious he is NOT listening a word of what I say like a child would do.
Completely their fault of miscommunication among themselves
(I am sure Mathew and Noah did not even talk in details.) OR, Noah and his office team member screwed
up by not telling us the "plan change" which was not communicated to
me.
In return, I received nothing else but the truly rude attitude from Noah. NO explanation of testing result, NO recommendation, absolutely nothing.
