He was efficient in determining what needed to be replaced, drew up a diagram for me to illustrate and then the following few days, sent his crew who completed the work very well and cleaned up after themselves. Price was extremely fair for replacement of four long segments

The customer service is nonexistent. The quote included some work that the installers refused to do. They said they did not know anything about it. I have both called and emailed the company with no response. When they were late showing up, I had to call only to get the familiar - Oh Yeah, I was going to call you. The work was good, but again, customer service is non-existent. For that reason, I would NOT recommend this company.
