The price was just for labor and we paid separately for all supplies.
Remodeling. We did a major kitchen
remodel, essentially gutting the existing space, removing a wall, changing the
location of major applicances for better flow in the space, custom cabinets, removing
acoustical ceiling material, replacing windows, and replacing a very large
sliding glass door. We had very few
issues. Only two major ones arose, but
when I brought them to Pini?s attention they were immediately resolved. The coordinated visits with Team Remodeling?s
appliance, plumbing and tile partners were a huge benefit, and in the team
spirit. We felt like we were being ?heard?
by these partners, instead of being rushed through a sizable sale. Team?s approach also makes it easy to
visualize the piece-parts of the job, and since there is little pressure to
make a decision ?right now?, we could carefully consider our choices in
materials, tiles, appliances, finishes, etc..
While we did not necessarily require custom cabinets, we did choose
custom cabinets and we cannot dispute the fact that the final look is
perfect. In our minds, the additional
cost of custom versus semi-custom cabinets was minor in the grand scheme of
things. Our job ran according to
schedule and within budget. Pini also
took great care to protect our existing hardwood floor from all of the
construction foot traffic, heavy items, appliance installation, etc.. I would absolutely recommend Team Remodeling
for your remodeling needs. I will use
Team again.
So far so good. They are finishing up the last bathroom. The rest of it was good. I would recommend them.
Our experience with Team has been positive on both big remodel jobs. They are professionals at what they do and follow up with their promises. Yes, we would use them again and Pini always follows up by phone or personal contact to make sure all is well. It gives one comfort to deal with such an attentive crew of people dedicated to customer satisfaction. They also explain what will transpire including the payment schedule so there are no surprises. Any unforeseen glitches are promptly addressed.

It went perfectly. I was very happy with their speed. They were able to complete the project. I was happy with their professionalism. Their quote was very reasonable. And everything that they said they would do they did. They actually ended up making a mistake on one thing and they ended up coming right back having to reorder some cabinet drawers and were able to replace it quickly without any problems. They do everything in house. It's not subcontractors. Everything is done in one location. You can talk to the owner as well as the shop foreman. Everyone works together pretty well.
The process was easy, painless and quick. After showing us pictures of a number of differently styled bathroom, Team Remodeling's owner took us to tile, granite, and fixture stores, working with us to layout the look and feel of the bathroom. Since Team Remodeling has all its own staff and constructs the vanities itself, they are able to collect all the necessary items to be installed, then bring in a big team to complete the work in as few consecutive days as possible (including working Saturdays). From initial tear down to final touch-ups took 7 days and we were kept current on all the small issues that needed decisions as they arose. Team Remodeling's crew was professional, knew exactly what they were doing and what was planned for each day, and actually enjoyed doing their work. The result was clear in the pride they took when they showed us the results each day.
Their final amount was right on the quote with the only increase being due to a few upgrades we decided to do as the work proceeded.
We have done other upgrades to our house over the years and this was easiest and most pleasant one we have ever experienced. We will definitely be calling Team Remodeling back to tackle other rooms in the future.

a very contemporary look, it took a bit more discussion than would the more traditional styles. If anything needed
attention along the way, the Team was ALWAYS reachable and quickly responsive. I would certainly use this Team again.
In fact I have another project that we will be starting soon. I am delighted to recommend them.
