"DSE Response: [removed members name] called us at 10:15AM on a Saturday about an emergency she had at her house in Perris. From what she said, we needed to get there quickly. There were power surges, appliances were damaged, there was an electrical smell, etc. [removed members name] was concerned. We confirmed the appointment and the cost and got the Work Order entered. We were able to get a Technician on the road in less than 15 minutes to make the 30-40 minute trip to her house. [removed members name] called back at 11AM to cancel the Service Call. Our Technician was no more than 4 minutes from her house, when we had to call and turn him around. I told [removed members name] that there would be a small cancellation fee to cover our fuel cost, and the time for our Technician, to go there on a Saturday morning, which she agreed was fair (on the phone). We never arrived at her house, so I can't see how [removed members name] would give us a rating like this. We were everything a customer would expect from a professional company. Responsive, Concerned, Courteous and Fair. I think she is just a bit upset that her verbal authorization is her word. In any case...we certainly don't deserve the blemish that [removed members name] has left on our rating."

Jordan came to our home right on time as scheduled. He was awesome! he rewired a ceiling fan so it operated on a switch. Prior to his visit, the wiring was not done properly and he fixed it. We also had a ceiling fan wired and installed in a guest bedroom. The front of our house had two lights installed with LED fixtures. We were so excited to have this work done and by a licensed contractor. We are not sure who had done the wiring before, but now we are confident it is properly installed and we can rest assured our wiring issues are resolved. We will use them again in the future for any of our home wiring needs.

There is NO discount here! Requested a bid for the installation of 14 can lights and 5 ceiling fans to my brand new, single story home with pre-existing wiring. I requested a Saturday install due the only day I had available where the house would be completely empty with no furniture to cover or navigate around. The lady making the bid was extremely rude and barked "we don't work weekends". I asked what the job would cost to which she replied $69 per fan, $89 per light. WOW!!! The highest bid I have received in the inland empire. I explained the house is single story with attic access and pre existing wiring and J-boxes wired to the wall switch. She explained that "it did not matter" that is the cost. I said that is way too expensive and being that I am asking for a good amount of work surely there must be a discount as this is labor only. She refused to budge on the price. Be prepared to pay top dollar for any electrical work done. Any jobs big or small there is no DISCOUNT here!!!

We needed two electrical items done in our house: Install four pot lights, and repair a broken electrical box in the backyard. They got both done on the same trip, and from phone call to work complete was about three days.
The pot lights were wired in to an existing switch, which they expanded to hold the new switch for the pot lights. They managed to get the four lights wired in while only making one hole in the ceiling, which they said is highly unusual for a first-floor pot-light job (so your mileage may vary). The lights came out great, they look just like the ones that came with the house and the work was really clean.
They replaced the outdoor electrical outlet box with a better one and turned it so that sun won't hit the polycarbonate cover, so that hopefully this one will last longer. They also attached the box to a new metal anchor so that it's not just supported by the PVC conduit that feeds it.
Although DSE does not do their own drywall, they arranged for a good drywall guy to come in the following day to repair the ceiling where they had to cut in to it. This cost was separate and not included in the amount we paid to DSE.
Both jobs took less than four hours total.

installed two fans, two different rooms, one of the "self closing " vents would not close, required two additional trips by contractor to fix properly. Also wired fans to an existing electrical loop, too much current draw on the circuit, threw breaker numerous times. they found another circuit to tap into on one of their return trips, rewired to that location, all fine now. I just had to call them, they scheduled the repair crew to come out, and took care of business, always good attitude, prompt, cleaned up well, overall a two thumbs up.

Chris showed up with Jordan and they got right to work. First order of business was to remove the main panel and replace it with a new updated panel. The new panel was a little larger than the old one that they took out so Chris had to reframe the area for the panel. While Chris was working on the main panel, Jordan installed the new 50 amp sub. in the garage. The guys worked til dark to make sure that we had power that night. The next day they started on the interior lights and switches. The guys installed several new fans, with remotes and a couple new lights. They were here past dark and said they would return on Saturday to finish up with the labeling and the last of the trouble shooting. They showed up in the afternoon and again worked past dark.

The technician called as he was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was very professional yet responsive and friendly. He inspected my electrical system thoroughly and efficiently. He didn't try to talk me in to unnecessary work, gave me a couple of suggestions took a check and was finished in about 30 minutes.

We've used them a couple of times and they were excellent. We had a couple of estimates and his was like 50% of the other two that we got. The quality was excellent. They are the best electricians that we’ve dealt with. We had a little problem with the responsiveness. Because his prices are so reasonable, he is very busy. It is a family owned business. It is he and his dad and they are quite busy. That is why their responsiveness isn't as quick as some other companies. They are really super. We accept the slow response because that is all that he can do. If it was an emergency, we are sure that he would be right out here.
