Well, like I said the flowers were delivered a day late and at 4:30pm. There was supposed to be no one home that day, so I would have to have them left on a porch...If you wanted me to come back and use you again, I would have comped the flowers this time and hoped that I would I would reconsider the next time I send flowers to my daughter...which is at least three to four times a year.....This employee completely destroyed an opportunity to make a satisfied customer with her condesending attitude...as if this was my fault that she didn't have the flowers and didn't place a call to me!!!!!
I will never use them again......the order was to go to 30605 Fox Sedge Way, Murrieta, Ca 92563...my home is 4213 Maybank Ave., Lakewwod, Ca 90712..... I am pleased that this info will be provided to the provider...or how else will she know what her employee's are doing?????
