The rug was delivered in a timely manner and I was happy with that. They are very good. We were looking for tiles for kitchen remodeling, so, we checked one tile out from them month ago and the tile is still with us. The person from Home Depot calls us every months or so and says you still have the tile, but, does not asks it back. He just says keep it if you still need it and I will put it in your record that you have it with you. So, they are really eager to get your work done through them.

Home Depot has a great service. If I have a question that an associate is not able to answer then they will work to find the answer for me. They are very responsive and professional.

JEFF WAS A VERY HELPFUL PERSON AND THE STAFF FROM THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HELPED US SET UP THE DELIVERY OF ALL THE MATERIALS THAT WE NEEDED AND GOT IT TO US IN A TIMELY MANNER.

WE HAD TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE AND PRODUCT. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS GREAT.

IT WAS GOOD, WE HAD SHOPPED AROUND AND WE WENT WITH THEM. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND WE GO THERE FOR A LOT OF OTHER THINGS. ALSO, THE PRICE IS COMPETITIVE.

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TILE GROUT. WE HAD TO STAY AFTER THEM FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS ONCE THE ERROR WAS MADE. ON THE CARPET THEY DID THE INSTALLION AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE SO FAR, THE PRICE AND EVERYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH IT. THEY HAVE BEEN QUICK TO CALL WHEN I HAD MY CHOICES AND THEY CALLED ME BACK AND TOLD ME WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO BE AVAILABLE. THEY GOT THEM OUT HERE QUICKLY AND THEY CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY AND SAID WHEN THEY WOULD BE OUT TO INSTALL.

IT WAS GREAT. I'LL GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN. I DIDN'T HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK AGAIN, AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS. THEY JUST FIXED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT RIGHT AWAY. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

I WENT THERE TO ORDER SHUTTERS. THEY TOOK TWO WEEKS TO COME OUT AND MEASURE AND THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME OUT AND INSTALL THEM WITHIN SIX WEEKS AND THEY HAVE NOT COME OUT YET AND IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN SIX WEEKS.

THE STAFF ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS. CHECK OUT WAS QUICK & EASY.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. THE COLOR WAS WHAT WE ORDERED AND THE INSTALLATION WAS EFFICIENT AND TIMELY. THE INSTALLERS WERE PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS.
