The night before we were to move into our new home, the first home we've owned, we had a major food. We just spent thousands of dollars replacing the entire downstairs floor, not to mention cleaning the whole place, and we were completely overwhelmed. Our realtor called up David and his team and they arrived within the hour, working until 3am demoing the floor and drywall. He and his wife have been an incredible support system for us during this process, educating us and keeping up full communication every step of the way. His crews have been respectful of our space and even accommodating of my children's nap schedules since we have chosen to live upstairs to cut overall costs during this time. Christian, the man who took care of a majority of our demo, was set to move to Virginia in a few days of this incident and he still came to our property and put in a 110%. He even mentioned that he wants to come by and check in with us when he comes back in a month for military obligations! This whole team is completely invested in doing their work the RIGHT way and with David's help, we are hopeful to have this resolved soon and finally settle into OUR home!
