Mr. Torres was quick to respond initially. I had to wait a couple of weeks for him to become available to do the work which was fine. The work done looks good as well as the clean up. The only problem I had with Mr. Torres is that after the work was done I requested a receipt for the payment made but it never came. My brother gave him the check and was told he would send me the receipt. I sent Mr. Torres an email, a text and a voicemail but never heard from him again.

Following the last storm an old repaired leak around the chimney started again as well as another at the roof transition. The company owner, Tom Torres, responded to my telephone call very soon and completed an estimate for the repair and another for a complete roof replacement if desired. He scheduled the repair for the roof within a few days and kept me informed by telephone of times. He arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time with a helper and completed the work within 4 hours. The mastic sealant that was there was removed and replaced by metal flashing to the fascia board to make a tight seal. New shingles were applied around this and the chimney also with galvanized flashing. He advised me that although the new shingles were the same color they would not completely match due to weathering of the old shingles, however, they are not that noticeable. The debris was removed completely. I also asked Tom if he could install a small amount of flashing on my patio which he did at no extra charge. There is a 2 year warranty on labor. I would definitely recommend this company. Tom is easy to work with, a good communicator, and considerate.
