Stopped by to seek information and pricing on their Hot Springs Spas. Very knowledgeable. I had visited two locations prior to theirs and was familiar with the product and had price comparison.
Their prices were the highest of the other two and they were not flexible as far as negotiating. Costal Hot Springs in Anaheim and White Swan in Santa Clarita offer the same products at a much lower price. They wanted $9,000 for the Flair. Their competitors were asking $7000,

We looked around at different spa companies and found the best one. Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas, in Moreno Valley. We bought a swim spa and a 5 person regular spa. "Jim" the owner went above and beyond in every part of our spa experience. "Ryan" the installer is my idea of an ideal employee. We use our spas almost every night and love them. This was our first spa ownership. Thank you Jim and Ryan at Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas in Moreno Valley, Ca. for the best spa experience possible. We will be life time customers.
