Got a call quickly and within an hour or so they were on site providing an estimate. Work was done immediately after.

Sink disposal leaking. I returned a call to their voice text message I spoke with Kevin but on his email it was Kwang (so sorry if I got it wrong). Anyway when I spoke with him he was very knowledgeable. He was in Concord and would go and assess and I agreed. When he called to let me know what he assessed he had everything he needed to change out the disposal. The price was good, so I agreed but I do know the Labor cost was high. Kevin has great customer service explaining everything just by what I was telling him that my tenant told me. I was not present only my tenant. Thank you Kay s Plumbing.

Had an issue with a backed up sink and Kevin was readily available to repair it. He was professional and even cleaned up the area after he was done. Would definitely recommend his service!

I emailed him twice to ask for receipt but no response yet.... I asked him when I gave him the check initially and was told he would email it...so I asked him 3 times but haven't received the receipt yet. Very poor customer service.

Although Kevin did good work he did not show up and we had to call. I didn't wait long to call as it seemed unusual. He stated he was "under a house and should have called us before he went under it." He said he could be here in about 1/2 hour. He arrived in about 40 mins and looked at what needed to be done. Originally we discussed it as a fairly simple job and he said the minimum charge was $135.00. After he looked under the sink and saw that we had all the parts needed, he said it was more than minimum charge job (something to that effect). The 2 hot/cold thin water pipes had to be taken out and replaced with new, and the drain stopper had to be removed and new put in. We paid what he asked as he did do a good job. He cleaned up the old parts and empty box etc.and we offered to recycle them. He finished in about 1 - 1-1/2 hours from when he arrived. We are happy with the end result and would recommend him based on his work.

The work was on a pair of leaking faucets - one in the secondary bathroom, the other the kitchen. Both were original to a house built in the 1970's, so they were difficult to service. The job took far longer than anticipated, but the end result was outstanding...no leaks, good area clean-up and costs that were detailed and satisfactory.
