Kevin's Painting and Plumbing

I asked Kevin to do a job. He left it unfinished. I wish i could post a picture of a gap between my shower wall and spout. His response was it doesnt fit. Lol he used the old spout it was in right to begin with. The verdict is still out if he comes and completes it properly. I can give him a thumbs up on fixing my leak with my garbage disposal.

He works without taking any break, and can handle any unexpected situations.

Kevin gave me a quote for doing the job and I hired him. He was available to do the job then and started. He was very professional and completed a difficult job in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

Kevin was clean - explained the problem - fixed it, cleaned up afterwards; after he left he realized he forgot to plug in the dishwasher, called me and returned to do that. I appreciated that very much.

He was flexible, my faucet was rusted underneath and he found a way to take it off.

Kevin did a pretty good job, replacing my main shut off valve, but had to come back a couple of times to fix leaks. Eventually, His work turned out great. He was great at explaining everything he was going to do & what it was going to cost.

Plumber took care of job but won't return phone call for follow up visit

Kevin was on time and courteous. He laid out the several solutions and made it easy for us to understand and provided good info so we could make the best decision. I was very impress with the professionalism and speediness of completing the job.

He did respond quickly , showed up in time however did not replace part of the garbage disposal that came with the new one .

He was available so I hired him he was on time and went to Home Depot for me to get the faucet then replaced it I would use him again

Had a new leaky faucet outdoors. Kevin was here in less than the estimated time. He assessed the situation, advised what needed to be done and provided the estimate. I also asked that he remove some of the pipes that led to the sprinkler, which he did. All done professionally, timely and left no debris. I'd use them again.

Only issue is that he showed up late. It was basic drain cleaning and he did a good job.

I was very disappointed with Kay's Plumbing. He was hired to replace a kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. First thing he did was break the cold water valve. Ok maybe he was right and the valves were old so I asked that he replace those too. He had a terrible time replacing the faucet--it was a Brizo which is just an upgraded Delta so it shouldn't have been that complicated. He poured over the instructions like he had never replaced a faucet before. It took over 5 hours and he never could figure out how to install the soap dispenser! He finally gave up. My husband who is NO plumber managed to figure it out and install it that evening. When I wrote my check and asked for a receipt, he had none. Well how about write it on your card. No card. He was supposed to bring it the next day and now 5 days later, I still have no receipt. No I would not recommend his services.
