Professional, clean, and reasonable prices. I'd hired another plumbing company first but after waiting 2 hours beyond the 2 hour window provided, I called Kay's and he was there within the hour and our the door even faster. He fixed the first immediate job and now he's coming back to finish a job I hadn't initially hired him to do because I liked his work and trusted him.

Kevin is professional and courteous..........however I feel I was overcharged. To begin with he did not give me any type of estimate. He said he had to replace my garbage disposal (4 yrs old). went to Home Depot, bought top of the line disposer, never asked me. The total charge was $ 400.00--labor...........disposer--$ 237.62. I really think this is outrageous....$637.62......but please let me know your thoughts on this. Thank you
