Worked a full day the first day. Made an appointment for a second day, and did not show up. Had an emergency but came the next day. Overall, they were very nice, and the work they did was very good.

Technician knew what he was doing, fixed a lot of noise problems that were of concern. Got the light going again with two turns of a screwdriver. Realigned the sensors at the bottom of the door, works much better. My wife even sleeps better in the morning. (Bedroom above garage.) Without having to replace anything, I felt the bill was a little pricy.

Precision Door Services called promptly, and scheduled our garage door repair for the following day between 4:00-6:00 so it would not interfere with our work schedules. The technician, Tony, respectfully called before arriving. He was on time, and immediately evaluated the problem, and proceeded to fix the garage door tracking device and rollers. I was pleased with the professionalism of the technician and entire Precision Company, and I would use them again.

I was able to schedule the project within a few days. The individuals were very professional. I was a little concerned about the price of the Garage Door openers - they were LiftMaster which understand is the top of the line. They also repaired the rollers on the doors and they run very smoothly and are very quiet. They made sure I understood how the openers worked and set up mechanism in my car so I could open the car doors without and the remote control. I was very pleased with their work. Annette Haag
