They were here even ahead of time - despite traffic! I was shocked - I'm sure they had to get up really early to get to me, and I'm even in a different county. Being punctual is very important to me. They were fabulous. I liked what they did so well, I purchased additional services. They even got the dog stains out, and I have had other carpet cleaners out that couldn't. The crew was here for about 2- 2 1/2 hrs.

A 'Mold Remediation' is one of the worst experiences a landlord could encounter, specially if you have a tenant on your rental property during remediation. This company did a great job explaining the process and put me at ease during the entire process.
They provided a payment plan where you pay according to what they have finished, and made sure that you are satisfied with their work before they ask for another installment.
I would have given them all 'A' grade but there was an incident where Dennis felt that he need to inform my neighbor (shared wall) immediately about moisture level without notifying me first. I don't have a problem notifying my neighbor but I expect anyone I hire to inform me first of any action they are planning to do prior to doing it. I just learned about this action when my tenants told me about it.
Considering all that has happened and the work that has been done by this company I will still use them if I need another mold remediation (hopefully not) and would recommend this company to anyone who might need their services.
I don't wish this event to happen to anyone but if you need to do it you should seriously consider this company.

The employee arrived on time. He had a device that measured the presence of mold in various areas where water damage can occur. He then sent me an email with an estimate for the repairs. The estimate was the first one I got so I'm not sure it was reasonable. It was about $2500 for two units. I plan to get more estimates and make a comparison.c

Used an Angie's List Coupon for a fantastic discount rate. Provider showed up on time, was very professional, and did an excellent job. Although we anticipated being asked to pay additional (hidden) fees (which has happened before with other providers), this was not the case. The work promised and contracted for was the work done. Highly recommended.

In an area of construction that is riddled with less than honest practices, Yalmar is a great listener, and will be very direct in telling you your options and his obligations. Yalmar returned all calls, initiated frequent (daily at minimum) contact with me, and kept me abreast of each finding and my options.
Not only did Yalamar's crew arrive promptly and treat my home respectfully, but he also was an asset in bringing in a quality plumber (Green Plumber) and an excellent mold hygienist. These professionals were ready to go, and got their portion of the job done within 24 hours of a call from Yalmar. Yalmar did an excellent job of documenting the damage with photographs and did not cower when i informed him the job was pending small claims action.
Mold is one of the most necessary reparations that should be done to a home, immediately. Do not just bleach it! No one would put makeup over a lesion and think that was going to fix it. Mold is indicative of other issues, like a broken pipe or some water damage. It is also invasive, hard inconvenience as there are multiple teams involved in fixing the issue. Yalamar made it easy, and I would say he should be your first call.

This is why I love Angie's List! Dennis Martinez is the proprietor and has been in this business for 25 years. My previous carpet cleaner is no longer in the business so took a chance w/ Dennis Cleaning and Restoration. And, oh my, was I impressed! Dennis and his workman got out many stains that my previous cleaner couldn't. I watched them work, and they worked HARD to make the carpets as clean as possible. Carpet Cleaning is very dependent on the thoroughness and completeness of the firm doing the work. These guys get an A+!

Yalmar provided me an estimate of the work. He explained what needed to be done and how long is would take to complete the work. Yalmar and his crew showed up on time on the days he specified he would be working. Yalmar is very easy to work with. Any time an issue came up, he immediately called me. The unit that required mold remediation is a townhouse. It turned out the neighbor also had mold and had a leak in their garage that was causing water to come into my unit. Yalmar helped me explain to a neighbor the work that needed to be done to remove the mold from the neighbor's unit.
Yalmar completed the mold remediation with the specified time frame and within the estimates he provided me. Several estimates were needed due to the fact that more mold was found than had been anticipated.

The company was very punctual and very friendly. It was a pleasure having them in my house. My central air conditioning unit had broken and flooded the carpet in the hallway. I had the air conditioner replaced. Dennis came to do flood remediation, but ended up having to work around the schedule of the air conditioning contractor, who had to come back twice to fix subsequent leaks, which again flooded the carpet. Dennis and his project manager, Yalmar, took my calls after hours, worked with my schedule and that of the contractor, and did a good job with the remediation.

Yalmar and his crew showed up and finished up the job when they said they would, which is a big plus for us since we have had very unreliable service before. They were clear on what they were going to do, and explained that they may find extra damage once they see inside the walls. There was some, but it did not exceed their estimate, so I didn't feel ripped off.
Yalmar is a pleasant young man, working very hard to establish a reputable business. He seems in it for the long haul, and wants to build relationships with his customers. I wish him all the best.

Service was punctual. Actual charges were considerably greater that phone estimate. First visit did not produce satisfactory results. Number of spots left in carpet. But they returned at no additional charge with excellent results.

DREADFUL experience. Called on a Thursday to request carpet cleaning in my Pasadena townhome. Set up appt. at 3pm on Saturday, and I rushed to be home by 2:30 and prepare for the service. They did not show up. I called around 4:30 to find out when they were coming and they said they called early in the morning to confirm the appt. There was a missed call around 8:30am but a) it was from a different number than the contact number I had called and b) no msg whatsoever was left. When I spoke with them they said they could not come now and I would have to reschedule. They offered 8 am Monday, and while I did not want to take the time off from work to do this, I had already moved considerable items to prepare for the cleaning and just wanted to get it over with so I took that appt. Come 9 am, another no-show, no-call, no message. I again called the number listed on Angie's list that I called originally and had called again on Saturday, but got a recording this time. I left a msg again. It is now 9pm and they still have not returned my call.
Totally unprofessional totally irresponsible totally unacceptable. I am astonished that a company would treat someone like this. I cannot imagine considering attempting to use this company again.

sDennis Martinez, the owner, and his wife arrived on time, assessed the job, and got right to work. They used professional equipment and did an excellent job. In addition, they worked quickly. We could not have been more satisfied.His 22 years (or was it 24?) of experience were evident. His answers to questions about carpet problems showed that he more than knows carpets and carpet cleaning. We do plan on using them again. Thanks to Angies' List for this referral!

Dennis was able to accommodate our request. I gave him an overestimate of our square footage. It ended being ~ 750 sq ft, not ~ 900 sq. ft. He calculated the price, and honored the Angie's List discount. I *think* we paid about $175, give or take, but I'm fuzzy on the price and square footage of the job at this point. He moved in and out very quickly, and I was satisfied with the results. He was very friendly and did the job with his son.

Called this company after first company did not show and did not call. Since we had already moved furniture, wanted to get carpets cleaned that day. Owner answered, and said yes, they would come that afternoon. Showed up a few minutes early and did a fantastic job. Got out spots that previous companies could not get out, and spots stayed gone. Very fast and very professional. Paid top dollar but well worth it and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

One man showed up on time and he needed me to help him move the furniture to the garage. He did his work and he was done in about an hour and a half. It worked out well. When I asked him about the price, he was more than willing to come down in price to make sure I was happy. I was happy with that.
