It looks fine but sqeaks like crazy.  He promptly came back to adjust it.  Still squeaky but otherwise works fine.  He promptly shows up at appointment times.

Seems like the door was a bit expensive - only replaced the door (white, not wood, no windows), used existing rails/chain/sensors/opener/remotes/etc.

The most bothersome thing is that he is VERY hard to reach - always get voicemail, have to leave several messages, slow to call back.  This is very frustrating.  I will shop around more in the future for garage door services.

D.J. arrived right on time (even a little early!). He proceeded to reattach the lifter arm on one door. Although I thought the door was out of alignment, he assured me that the alignment was fine and the door would operate correctly when repair was made. He was absolutely correct! It now works like a dream! He then proceeded to adjust the springs on a second door which now works easier than it has ever worked before! I appreciate D.J.'s honesty because I was interested in replacing the second door and he told me it was really in great shape! I would highly recommend calling D.J. for any repair or estimate on a garage door! I definitely will!

I called in the late afternoon and got an inspection and estimate that same day. The work was done by the next day. Everything went well.

D.J. came right after first call. I had already ordered a new universal receiver with two remotes. He installed new receiver and new switch. Garage door would not open when remote was used. D.J. called the company and a new receiver was sent. It was installed and again the garage door would not open using the remotes because the remotes could not be programmed. D.J. this time went to the company and showed them the second receiver and a third receiver was sent. Finally the remotes could be programmed and open the garage. I appreciate the perseverance it took to get this job done.

I called in the morning. He returned my call a few hours later and came by in the afternoon. He went right to work, was very polite and answered all of my questions. In addition to replacing the spring he replaced outdated "S" hooks with brackets that will keep the spring from flying in case it ever breaks. I will ask him back at a later date to install a garage door opener.

THE GARAGE DOOR WAS OFF SET. THEY CAME IN AND REPLACED A SPRING ON THE GARAGE DOOR AND ALSO LEVELED THE DOOR. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ANYTHING MORE. HE WAS ON TIME AND DID GREAT WORK.

THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY, SO THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEY FIXED THE GARAGE DOOR FROM ROLLING OFF THE END OF THE RAIL.

THIS WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE VARIETY OF DOORS WAS A GOOD ONE AND THE REPRESENTATIVE SHOWED PATIENCE AS WE MADE OUR DECISION. THEY WERE FAST AND FRIENDLY.

THIS COMPANY SENT A WONDERFUL GENTLEMAN WHO CHECKED OUT THE GARAGE DOOR, AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. AFTER GIVING AN ESTIMATE HE WAS ABLE TO FIX IT ON THE SPOT!
