This company is very dishonest. They were late both times they came to our house. We were given 3 different prices from two different workers from $295-$700 to install a toilet we provided. Then they tried to tell us we needed an additional part for $100 that we did not need. When I called the office to complain, they did not seem to care. They told me each worker sets their own price! Now is that crazy or what?

They charged $650 to replace pressure regulator for the house. First trip left a big pipe leak to the street. Second trip next morning fixed leak but soon after he left two new pipe leaks 3 feet from leak 1 are flowing up to the surface. Lots of water loss under ground for sure.

Work was nicely done. There was a little miss communication about the materials used - I thought copper piping was going to be used, not pvc which was installed. I commend Ryan for refusing to give up finding the shut off valve - we had trouble because the gardeners had allowed grass to grow over the cover. He even called the city to get them out to help.

Do not hire this company. They are both incompetent and disreputable. They replaced my water heater and left it with a gas leak. I called them and they said they would send somebody out the next day! - so i called the gas company and they came and fixed it within an hour. On top of that, they attempted to bill the insurance company an additional $2K when all they did was vacuum up some water with a shop vac.
