Frank came to fix my furnace, and he was professional and informative during his work. He explained what was going on with the furnace, and showed me the parts that he was going to repair. He explained what was possibly wrong with its operation. He said he would order and install those parts. I learned some new things about my furnace from Frank.. I would definitely recommend Frank. Now, my furnace is working better after Frank checked it and made some adjustments.

Mr. Frank Cruz and his employees were very professional. They worked very hard and installed the Air Condition system in one day. They answered all of my questions and was willing to take the time to explain things in a way that I would understand.They left the work area very clean.

Frank Cruz Sr. came to the house and gave us a quote to replace the furnace & air conditioning system. We had quotes from other companies but Frank was the most professional, offered a competitive price, and was able to schedule installation right away which was very helpful as the old air conditioner was failing during a heat wave. Frank's extensive experience in the industry was also a deciding factor in our selecting All Air Appliance Masters for the job and we are very pleased with their work. Frank was also the nicest person to come to the house and give us a bid for the project and everyone on his staff was very polite and helpful.

When I called All Air Appliance Masters to come and give us a quote on installing a new air conditioning system, and to do some duct work we were very happy to meet Frankie Jr. He was the one who came over to give us a quote. He was a breath of fresh air. Soft spoken but very knowledgeable and it was very easy to see that he knew what he was talking about. He was polite, honest and gave us several options to choose from, and he did not act like he was trying to steer us to the more expensive way to go. Our air had completely died right in the middle of another C.A. heat wave. We were sweltering in our home because the outside temps. were over 100% and inside the house it was well over 90%! Once we made the decision to go with their company, Frankie was on the phone right away before he left to find out how soon they could have the unit and be able to install it. It was late on Friday afternoon, but they were able to get it installed on the following Monday. The two installers Bobby and Oscar were very respectful & hard working, and they did a great job installing the unit and also doing the duct work in one of our bedrooms. There was no mess any place, not even a spot of drywall dust inside and nothing around the new unit on the outside. We got a chance to see Frankie again because the installers needed some parts, so we were able to thank Frankie again for the very reasonable price that we paid and that the job was done quickly, and very professionally. Frank Sr. should feel very proud of his son Frankie because he is an excellent ambassador for their company. We have decided that any air conditioning or heating issues we ever have we will definitely be calling them back. I highly recommend All Air Appliance Masters for the professional work and also honest, reasonable prices.

Brian from All Air Masters came to my home and assessed what we needed to do to improve the comfort of our home. Our air conditioner was 24 years old and would stop running when it got hot. I asked Brian for a quote on a mid-range and high-end system. He made several recommendations including full air duct replacement, air return improvements, add a vent and enlarge some vents. I got 5 other bids so I had heard most of this from other vendors, but not the enlargement of vents that were too small for the room they serviced. The big difference for me is the level of detail Brian went into explaining how the installation would work and the improvements he recommended. I felt like he was trying to help me rather than sell me. Many of the other vendors spent most of there time selling me. I have only had the system for a few days. It has been hot the past few days (95 today). We put in the Trane XV20, which is the variable speed compressor and furnace (communicating system) . It is amazingly quite inside and outside of our house. Today It is 95 outside and the system is keeping my house at a comfortable 72 and the system is running low speeds. The tempter in the house stay consistent. It is amazing... My old system, could only get us to 76 running full speed all day. Anyway, the installation team was lead by Bobby, who was fantastic. I checked in on the team often and asked alot of questions. Hector, Angel, and a guy they called Tickles were all very profession and meticulous about there work. They all would spend time explaining what there were doing and how they planned to do something. I did have one issue come up that will be resolved by Brian. When the insulation arrived, I looked on the bags and did some calculation to find that there did not seem to be enough to get the coverage I paid for. I expressed this to the team and they called Brian. They went ahead and blew in the installation in and told me the coverage was good. Then Brain come over to inspect all of the work including measuring the insulation and told me he needs to put more installation in the addict. I did not go up there to measure, he came to this conclusion on his own because it was the right thing to do for his customer. I recommend you reached out to All Air Master for a quote and ask for Brian.

This company gave us am acceptable price. Most places wanted to put what they wanted not what we needed. They came in did the job cleaned up was very respectful to us and our home.

We read all the positive comments and decided to get an estimate from All Air Appliance. Frank gave us an estimate and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. I immediately felt very comfortable with him. We purchased a variable speed HVAC system with clean air effects filter. This system was relocated from a hallway closet to the attic. We couldn't be happier. Not only is our new system SO much quieter but is cools the west side of the house that has no attic space. Fabian and Angel spent 3 long days installing (James and Damien joined them on the last day) our new system and they all were very respectful of us and our house. It nice to find a contractor who does everything he says he's going to do and more. I would highly recommend Frank and his company All Air Appliance.
