Description of Work: This was a four month experience. The first three months were OK. I remained loyal to this company even though my rental property remained vacant and their advertising for a tenant was not sucessful. I sent funds to pay for advertising and maintenance. In the final month, they became unresponsive to my multiple requests to discuss why it was not renting. They made a legitimate request to me to provide additional monies for advertising and yard maintenance, stating that they would be needed in the next month. I sent that check 10 days after I received their request. In the meantime, they sent a notice to me that they were terminating our contract because I did not provide those monies. I had called and e-mailed their office several times during that period without much response. And, never did they indicate that there was an urgency about the funds. In my view, this was a bogus reason to cancel services, leaving me a four hour drive away from my property without the service I had contracted. Very unprofessional behavior.
