Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
Our service representative came out late, on a very cold evening, and stayed until almost midnight repairing our water main break. He worked efficiently, kept us informed of his progress, showed us the problem once found, repaired the leak and prevented its recurrence, and cleaned up everything once he was done. This was a dirty, cold, wet job no one would want and it was done with a smile! I would recommend your company to anyone who needs a quality plumbing service.

They are wonderful, super prepare for the job, although after the first fix the gas pipe has leaks but they did come back in the other morning and fix the issue. Only think I have a little issue about they cut open my cabinet in a pretty bad shape, however they are plumbers not carpenters.

Gabe was my plumber and he was just fabulous. He gave me a quote and told me my options and then did the job. Not only was he efficient, but he was quick and professional. Now my lovered doors close for my washer & dryer area. The gas pipe needed to be shortened for that to be accomplished.

I was very pleased with the technician who installed the plumbing. The price was reasonable, too. The only drawback was that I was told a technician would be by in an hour, but no one called or showed up for about 5 hours.

I was VERY unhappy with this contractor. I had set this up for a customer that my company had done work with and ran into a issue with water lines. The service tech was late to the appointment (not to late) but then informed me as well as the home owner that they needed parts. I understand that those things happen BUT when they were late on the very next day and started the work and DID NOT FINISH it I was very un happy as well as the home owner.. I have yet to have this job finished.. This is NOT how my company does business and if we did, we would be all on the unemployment line for sure..

Very nice man, difficult to understand. He pointed out things that I wasn't aware of. He also was not all that clear about a part that was available vs. a special order part - $50 more per part if it was special order? Our bill was substantial, which is why we didn't have it all fixed in the first place - we couldn't afford it! If I knew anything about plumbing, I would have fixed it all, myself. $1600 seems rather steep for fixing two leaks and a clogged drain. But, we had to have the repair work done. So, it is peanut butter sandwiches for dinner for my four children for quite a while.....
