My daughter had a breaker on her home that had been nonfunctional. We thought it would need to be replaced. Very old panel so we couldn't replace the breaker ourselves. I found Mr. Hayes' listing on Craigslist and gave my daughter his phone number. She called and left a voicemail and he returned her call very quickly. When she described the issue, Mr. Hayes walked her through how to reset the breaker over the phone. Since this was an older breaker, it required a bit more tweaking to reset it. I was so pleased that she was able to get the help needed and impressed that Mr. Hayes provided her assistance pro-bono over the telephone. I'll definitely call him in the future for any issues I have.

Kelly was friendly and very professional. He communicates extremely well and does what he says. When he came to do the job, he had all the needed materials and tools to start and finish the project. He obviously takes great pride in his work, as evidenced by a job that accomplished the desired result AND LOOKED GOOD. Drilling brick makes a lot of dust and Kelly insisted on cleaning up after himself. His clean-up was done with the same attention to detail as the electrical work. If and when I need the services of an electrician, Kelly Hays will be the only phone call I make.

Kelly Hayes was topnotch and did exactly what I expected. He is nothing short of terrific. In fact, I asked him if he went on Angie's List to see the reports and he said no, and that he didn't want to do it because he didn't want to have any influences. He prefers to just go about doing his business and let people make their report the way they want. He is the type of person who is always on time, give you accurate estimates. The last time when he came, he was at my place all day and charged me $800. Even though it was late spring or early summer, and it was already getting pretty warm up in the attic, but he didn't complain about it. He was very professional and I would recommend him, without hesitation, to anyone and I would also use him in the future if I need him.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kelly. I called one afternoon about a bad gfi in my kitchen. He was just finishing up another job close by, so he was at my home within an hour - it was awesome! He got right to work, replaced the bad gfi, and even helped me find the reset button on my garbage disposal, which had been giving me trouble. Very fast, very helpful, very efficient, very professional, and very reasonably priced for such awesome service! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

It is a great company. He responded really quickly to my call. I called him on one day and he came over to look at my problem the next day because he was busy. When he got there he did the testing to see what the problem was and he found it. It was very cheap also. They went beyond and he was real nice. It didn’t seem like he was in a hurry to leave. He gave me about a week to experience that the problem got solved. So, he did the work, fixed the issue and gave me a week. I didn’t experience any problems. He was very professional. If there was anything dirty after any kind of work he did, he made sure to clean up after himself. So, I liked that a lot. I thought that his price was pretty reasonable for the service. I thought that the price of the labor was pretty reasonable. He fixed the problem right away and I was pretty happy. He also came on time. I would recommend them and I would definitely use their services in the future too.
