Forgot password, can’t follow orders to change. I’m 85 don’t get it

I know it does not make sense to give a review on work that was never performed. After talking to a technician about the work that needed to be done. I was told there's not much margin for profit. I had explained my tenant had a broken air conditioner and I contacted dehart and they weren't got make much money on it so he offered to install something completely different that I didn't need. At least they were honest about pricing and they were only out to make money. The hottest part of the summer only means dollar signs dehart plumbing and air conditioning

Technician spent ten minutes there - never open-end or looked closely at anything. Suggested an $8000.00 replacement of furnace and ac. Called another company - they spent much longer time, and replaced faulty thermostat. HMMMM

I found them on Angie's list on Tuesday, someone called me back the same day and gave me a quote for the repair I needed of $89. I made sure the person I spoke with knew exactly what I was asking for and he said yes $89. I schedule the appointment for Friday, I received a call on Wednesday to confirm my appointment. Friday comes and a lady(Adriana) or however you spell/say it, calls me 15 minutes before the Tech is to be out to my house and tells me that there is an $89 diagnostic fee and a $125 charge for him to do the repair. So because I really need this done I said sure whatever. I get to work and call her back to see if I didn't have the money where they just going to cancel my appointment last minute. She (Adriana)tells me No that they would work out a payment plan. Then she wants to make sure that I knew it was a $125 per hour for the repair not just a flat fee. We asked the Tech if they could fix the part that we called them out for, And the guy says yes but without doing all the other things that they recommend I would go through this all over again. Throughout all of this I was still willing to have the service done, And the guy just leaves without saying anything and not doing anything. Horrible Service!!!

I called on Friday, they came out Saturday and after a couple more steps, they fixed the issue.

Randon was great! He took the time to talk with me and explain everything that he was going to do so that I could easily understand the whole process. He explained all the different options available for water heaters, including the newer tankless models. After weighing all my options, we went with the 50 Gal Natural Gas Water Heater. The installation process went smoothly and quickly. I could see the quality of his work as he was doing the install. It was well worth having an expert like Randon do the install. Him and his partner Richard did a great job. I can't believe that I was even considering trying to do this job myself first. There were so many details that I know I would have missed, and it would have taken me many more hours of time. I couldn't be happier with the results! Trust the experts!

The Service Pro arrived promptly, did a thorough and professional job. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cleaned filters, checked both units and performed maintenance on same. Great company with well trained employees.

Tim and helpers did a great job. Very friendly and professional. Tim spent a significant amount of time explaining to me in easily understood terms how the system worked and the individual parts of the equipment. It was raining that day and they spent a lot of time determining how to safely get to our second floor roof without having to step on our easily breakable lightweight concrete roof tiles. Made me very confident in their commitment to safety and preventing damage to our property. I highly recommend him for anyHVAC work.

Refused to perform water heater flush on account of the water heater having more than ten years since it was manufactured(it was 11 years old since manufactured). Pointed out important problems and expensive solutions.

Randon did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing, took the time to answer questions and make sure we understood the product, and cleaned up when he was done. We are very satisfied.

The bid went well but we decided to go another way

The man that came to the house and perform the work did not know about the tube up I had previously purchased and came to do a typical Inspection then added a tune up to the unit when finished charged my wife $400+. I was not home to deal with it so my wife paid and then I had to fight to get my money back.

Everything went well. Rich gave me a lot of info regarding my water heater and upgrade options. Didn't try to sell me anything and great advice! Thank you!

Rich D provided me with information I needed to keep my home maintenanced. He also provided me with much more information (as a single mom) regarding the water and gas shutoff valve. I was very impressed with his knowledge and will definitely use DeHart Plumbing in the future.

I had them do a routine maintenance on my ac and heater systems at different times. I used coupons from Angie's List. AC & heating maintenance $59 ea. They were prompt and professional. They advised me that there was a potential problem with my ac system. They quoted me a very good price and explained how the part affected the operation of my system. I have a home maintenance contract so I said I would wait. They are very pleasant and I would highly recommend them.
