It was excellent. They're very professional. They have a lot of good flooring to choose from. They were courteous, they were prompt, and they were reasonable. They haven't done the work yet; we still aren't to the finish line.

Very professional all the way through. The new floor looks incredible, and the installers did n outstanding job. The drywall guys again were professional, and did outstanding work! Highly recommend Ray, and this company for flooring and other home improvements.

Good pricing and wide selection of laminate flooring. Order placed on a Monday and flooring installation completed on Friday. Installers were Professionals and cleaned up after themselves.

My experience with Royal flooring was excellent. It was finished according to the time given. The price that was given to me at the beginning includes everything, no other extra cost. Whenever I need to talk to the owner, he is always available or reply back right away. I am very impressed and satisfied with the work they did for me.

We have been using Ray?s service for our townhouse
and house. Ray worked on our kitchen and flooring on our townhouse. As
for our house, he worked on our kitchen and (3) bathrooms including shower.
We were very pleased with his work. Timing was exceptional,
never delayed on anything that needed to be done. Ray would call us and stop by
everyday to check on the work progress. His has great crews, polite and very
clean. Ray was always there to answer
any of our questions, open to suggestions as well as for design ideas. Ray is
very patient and has a great positive personality. As a contractor, he makes
you feel comfortable to work with.
Royal Flooring has a great showroom with beautiful selection
of material. It made our decision very easy to pick the material.
We definitely recommend Ray?s service to anyone who wants to
go through remodeling process.
