The crew were hard workers, courteous, and answered our questions. All this in the middle of a heat wave!

My house was built in 1925. The pipes were in horrendous shape since the prior owners did no upkeep to the property whatsoever. So, it fell upon me to have the house completely repiped. I researched house repiping quite thoroughly and finally decided upon Repipe Specialists. I came across their section here on Angie's List and also their own website. Making an appointment was quite easy. My call was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. I do not remember the woman's name that I spoke with, however, she was quite patient with me as I had many questions, was professional, and quite attentive. We set an initial appointment with a man named Ken Chung. When the date arrived for the initial appointment, Ken was 15 mins early to the appointment. I can say that I appreciated this as being punctual is very important to me and sets a great tone. Ken was extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and quite funny. He answered all my questions in great detail. Whenever he had a question to ask me, he would say, "May I?" or "Can I?" He provided me with a red folder that contained important paperwork that was about the organization, its license, reviews, diagrams, etc. Ken went through the entire folder with me. While going through the entire contents of the folder, Ken was constantly making sure that I was comfortable with everything and anticipated many questions. So, after all my questions were answered, and Ken and I went through the contents of the folder, I decided to go with Repipe Specialists. I was sure they were the ones for the job. I then wrote a check for 10% of the job's price. The date was then set for them to come out to my home 2 weeks after the initial appointment, which was a Saturday. On that Saturday, I had an early morning errand that I needed to run and could not be home when Repipe Specialists would arrive (9 AM). So, I left a note on the door explaining to them that I wanted them to get to work even though I wasn't there, and I made sure that the crawl space coverings were unlocked, so they could easily start the job. Upon arriving to my house, which was about 915-930 AM, I found that they were already hard at work underneath and at the side of my house. They worked like busy bees. The job site manager was present. He quickly greeted me and told me what to expect as the day progressed. He went into detail about what was going to happen with the pipes inside and outside of the house. Amazingly, although it was quite a dirty job, the Repipe Specialist guys were very clean and organized. They laid a tarp where they placed the old pipes. I was surprised at what I saw on that tarp. The pipes were quite literally disintegrating right before my eyes. One of the workers took time to explain to me what had happened with the pipes and why the water pressure in my house was extremely poor. When the workers came inside the house to do the needed repiping, they were extremely courteous and professional. If something needed to be moved, they made sure to ask me if they could move something. If they were going to be noisy or loud or whatnot, they made sure to inform me. While they were repiping under the house, it became evident that they needed to hydrojet to the water main. I was initially a bit upset because I didn't expect any surprises, however, once it was explained to me, it all made sense. I got a friend's 2nd opinion on the matter, and he also agreed that hydrojetting to the main was needed. Yes, I had to pay for this. They completed the hydrojetting a few days later. 
At the end of the day, the Repipe Specialist guys nicely cleaned up the work space. Let me tell you, it was a messy job, yet they left the place looking better than they had originally found it. At the end of the day, I wrote them a check for the remaining amount that I owed for the job. But, before the Repipe Specialists guys left, the job site manager made sure that I was happy with transpired for the day and thank me for choosing the company to do the job. The following day, another man came to my house to patch up the holes in the all of the walls. The man was quite silent and focused. At one point, I even forgot he was here because he made very little noise. Before he began the work, he explained who he was, why he was here, and what he was going to do. He was also very punctual. A few weeks after the job was completed, I was contacted by customer service and asked if I was happy with the work that was performed. I very much was happy.... and still am! It is night and day with regards to the water pressure in my house. I went from living in the Stone Age to living in the Modern Age!
I had a great experience with Repipe Specialists and have nothing but good things to say about them. Do not hesitate to contact this company for your repiping needs. They are extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and punctual. 

The entire job was completed to my satisfaction and the results were

The repipers were very professional and concentrated in their work. 
They took great care in keeping my home as clean as possible.  I didn't
have to do much cleaning after they left.  The three of them worked in
harmony and at the end of the day, everything worked fine.
The patchers were also professional and communicated very well with me. 
They also made a great effort in keeping the house clean.  The result
was an outstanding job.  After I painted the patched areas it is
difficult for anyone to tell that anything was ever done.
I would recommend that the homeowner be present when the city
inspector comes to check out the work. I was not. The inspector wrote
comments that were difficult to decipher. We tried for days to contact the
inspector, but no luck. I had to go early in the morning to catch him at his office
and have him explain what he wanted done.  As it turned out it was a very simple
thing he wanted done, but this delayed the patchers from completing of the
job by five days. 

I was very pleased!  They said they would be in and out with the job done and the drywall repaired in about 3 days.  They were!  A large crew came in and worked very efficiently, and very professionally.  After they left, there was one small issue.  I called the company and they immediately responded and fixed the issue.  We have had no problems, and I would highly recommend this company.

They also replaced  tub/shower fixtures with the required water-conserving  plumbing ones and the patching up of all the holes was perfect.

This company completely repiped two properties at two different locations and we couldn?t be happier with the results. They have provided the estimate 3 weeks ago and they were helpful and knowledgeable. Furthermore, they didn?t pressure us.
I oversaw them work at my two properties and both instances the job was done properly. They removed the old pipes and replaced it with shiny new ones. They didn?t cause any unneeded damage to our property ? only the necessary areas where the pipes have been laid. If the replacement was fast, the repatching of the walls was even faster.
Everyone that I interacted with was courteous and professional. As a consumer and as a homeowner, I am really pleased with their service.

Repipe Specialists? Well, they are the best repiping contractors in all of California. This makes me want to recommend them all the time.

We have had our home repiped and their team used copper pipes to repipe our home. They also patched up the walls after they were done replacing the pipes. I was impressed that they did a clean job and the walls' texture was exactly identical to the original one. I am really happy with their work.

Most of all, I am really happy for they are a great value for the money. This is based on the professional, prompt and high quality service that they have delivered.

We really did not know who to go to for a complete repipe, no copper, no pex. Living in La Canada you cannot go cheap on your home. John gave us a very good quote under $8000 for a total redo. And promised the Type M being the best. He also told us about pex, but we decided cooper even if 20% higher.
Doing a repipe is nerve wracking as your whole house is wide open during the ordeal and you need the confidence to make sure you get what's promised and that is exactly what we got. If I could give six stars ... Adis and his crew were above top notch and get those six stars from me. The first day three trucks drove up (not dumpy like most) . Very clean new vehicles and professional looking as the workers. They covered and protected all the furniture, appliances, etc. They started on Friday and were done Saturday. Monday the tough expectation with the city...I was surprised as the inspector approved our house in 10 minutes. Our house is 4,600 sq ft, not small with three baths, 5 bedrooms and beyond.The inspector even said yes this company is one of the best. She showed the extra work they did to secure the vibration of the cooper pipes. On Tuesday they patched everything and we are ready to paint! Done and looking good. I never ever recommend anyone! But these guys are the best..so stop wasting energy in shopping around and call Adis or John...best price, very professional and they deliver what they promise and more!!!!!!

We decided to go with Repipe Specialists because the person who gave us the quote really seemed to know what he was talking about. On the day of the job, Ed and his crew showed up on time, they worked all day, explained things as they went along and completed everything in one day. The next step was the City inspection after which the patching/drywall crew came in. They did an excellent job of covering up the holes and the texturing was probably one of the best jobs I have seen. The follow up city inspection went well too.
One thing to note is that they only made holes as needed, they took the time to find out other ways to access pipes such as through the attic, closets etc.
They have been responsive after the job as well. During the job, our insinkerator was damaged and they replaced it.
We feel confident knowing that their lifetime warranty will cover any issues that may arise and would highly recommend them!

When we found out that our home needs repiping, we were overwhelmed. Received bids from other companies but we stayed with repipe specialists because their bid was lower than what the other companies had. In just two days, they were done with the repiping. At start, I was worried when they bore holes in the ceilings and walls but when the patchers came and were done with their job, you wouldn't even notice anything. The service was that good. We not only had new pipes but fantastic water pressure as well. I would highly recommend them, especially since they were courteous, clean and efficient.

They did a great job choosing the least conspicuous spots to break the walls and access the old pipes. The install was done smoothly and they were very professional and clean. Similarly, they did a great job at repairing the walls. They worked cleanly, were organized and efficient. They also did a great job in matching the textures of the wall. I just hope the durability of the new pipes would match the quality of their work.

They came to my house, fixed and replaced our popes and didn’t overcharge me. That has never happened to me. They were very polite and a real joy to work with. They know what they exactly need to do and understood how important it was to finish the job right away. I am very thankful for their service. That was just a one time service but it was very memorable enough for me.

The workers were there early morning and worked until very late at night...9:00pm!  Our water was only turned off for as short a time as was necessary. They did a great job and, although it was a very, very messy process, they cleaned up after themselves and left in as good a condition as can be expected!  The workers were friendly, responsive to questions and concerns and easy to work with.  Re-piping your whole house after a water leak is an extremely stressful and exhausting experience but it went well and we felt it was handled with expertise and care.

There was a scheduling issue for the drywall repair but Repipe Specialists resolved the problem to our satisfaction.  I would recommend them...they know their stuff!

I chose to Repipe my home rather than fixing the plumbing problem because it was the better solution. It is useless to fix the problem when the pipes are actually 50 years old. Sooner or later, another problem would appear and it would be a hassle to call another plumber again. Moreover, it would put me at ease knowing that the pipes are new and won?t burst anytime. 
The estimator came on time and showed a ?can do? attitude. This was reassuring. The estimate came 30% less than the first company and the work was completed within 2 days instead of the 5 days the other company have promised. It was quality work. Yes, other company may match them but I don?t think they would be able to match their prices.

   as they could have snapped....home built 1953 we have pixs of some of the rusted pipes
   all debris was picked up and cleaned... no water bottles or trash was left behind

After 4 pluming problems in 3 years at my mother's house, we decided to Repipe the whole house. The Repipe Specialists Inc. was recommended from a close friend who is a plumber(not with RSI). After an informative presentation on the company and the work to be performed, we were given a bid 1,000 dollars under our first bid. we knew RSI was the company to go with. They completed the whole job in 2 days as promised, never leaving us without water overnight. The workers were clean and courteous, patching all holes that were made. We were extremely happy with the professionalism of everyone we dealt with from the Repipe Specialists Inc. and will use them for any major plumbing problems in the future. Thanks guys!!!

Repipe Specialists performed an amazing job from start to finish.  They were prompt and professional when they arrived.  They worked with us and our insurance company to make sure the job was completed on time.  The workers were respectful and tidy and did a great job patching the holes in our drywall after the repipe was complete.

My wife and I were very pleased with Re-pipe Specialist (27525 Puerta Real, Mission Viejo, CA 92691) They were on time, had a large crew and were able to re-pipe my entire home in less than 8 hours.  We were not inconvenienced in any way.  I was especially pleased with the cost of the job.  Some neighbors used another company and I learned that I had saved a considerable amount of money.

Work was done in a timely efficient manner. Complete cleanup was done and all service was very professional and well done.
I had an issue that I thought was due to the service (which actually was not) and their response was very quick about sending someone over to check out the issue. This impressed me and gave me confidence in their comprehensive life time warranty.

The sales representative arrived early which was awkward, (only because another plummer was still there) he introduced himself professionally and stated he would gladly wait until I was finished with my prior appointment.
I immediately noticed he came prepared, not to sell me anything, but to educate me in the entire process and the variety of options that were offered.  (If anything I wish he would have sold me a little harder on the return line for the tank-less) After the presentation I was in 100%, having had multiple other quotes for the same job the price was competitive and I felt comfortable that I was now making an educated decision, financing was offered and the job was scheduled.
A crew arrived as scheduled and tear down of the job site began, while I say job site keep in mind this is my home and when I say crew I mean there was a lot of guys, which was a bit overwhelming considering I just bought the house.  However, each of these workers seemed to have specific task as they deployed around the house like a small army, each taking care to minimize any mess or damage to anything, to complete the job in the allotted one days time frame I new it would take some man power.
The construction portion of the job was completed in one day as promised and the city inspection was scheduled and completed allowing for the repair to begin the very next day.  The house was only without water for a matter of hours during the entire process!
 

We were very happy with Repipe Specialists and would recommend them to anyone who needs to repipe their home.  It sounded like an extremely daunting task, but we felt very confident after meeting with Ken.  He came to our house and spent a lot of time with me and my husband explaining the different options we had (copper piping vs. pex piping), financing options and the process itself.  With three young children I was concerned with how it would affect us, but they completed the job within three day as estimated and we were pleased with the outcome.
About a month later we experienced a leak, and although we found out it was unrelated to the repiping issue (it was a sprinkler concern), the main plumber who completed the repiping work for us came out the same day to identify the leak and confirm it was not from the repipe process.  I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided from everyone we dealt with through Repipe Specialists.

The re-pipe when exceptionally well. The salesperson was very helpful and I did not feel pressured or like I was being sold. The contract was clear and the workers arrived on time. The work only took about 1 day to get the new lines in place. There was an additional couple visits for inspection and closing up the few holes needed for access. The job was done in a professional manner. The workers were clean and the final job was fantastic. It is a year later and I am still happy with their work.

Repipe Specialist said we would be without water for only a few hours when they take out the old pipes and replaced it with the new PEX piping.  The whole project took around 2-3 days and like they said we were without water for only a few hours in the middle of the day.  The whole process was fast and simple, and the workers that came in were courteous and made sure they didn't make any mess in our home.  The drywalls were cut cleanly and they tried to minimize the amount of holes they would need to make.  They also did the drywall patching but they told us it would be up to us to get the paint to match the existing paint.
So day two was when they scheduled the inspector to come in and inspect their work.  It passed without any issues and they proceeded with the patch work.  The holes were patched and they were out and done by the end of the day.  We had some paint left over from our remodel so we repainted it ourselves and it looked like nothing was ever done.
Now our water pressure is always high regardless of who's using it and we also get cold/hot water without the dirty rust that used to come out when we temporarily turned off the water supply.
