Description of Work: Couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of this service. He called to set an appointment at a time convenient for me and then arrived on time, ready to do the task at hand. Very professional in action and attitude. I look at some of these Angie's List opportunities as "auditions" for service providers I might need in the future. I added The Plumbing Source to my address book and will call them for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I had bought a Deal of the Day for a outdoor faucet replacement because my current faucet was leaking. It took several tries to get a date scheduled which I didn't really have a problem with. Rick came out and replaced the faucet quickly and just fine but I noticed when he left that the faucet was still leaking. When I called the office to say I needed him to come back out because it wasn't fixed I was told that the service I had bought didn't cover that part of the faucet and that he could come back out and give me an estimate. I decided I would call my plumber who would not have left my home with a faucet that was still leaking.

Description of Work: Today I had Rick Prusaczyk of The Plumbing Source replace an outdoor faucet at my hose bib and was exceptionally pleased. Not only did he show up early for the appointment and replace the faucet in an efficient and clean manner --- he honored an "Angie's Special" for $69.00 which had expired!. I am very pleased with the service and I plan to use him again should a plumbing need arise.
