Very pleased with performance and results. We were turning the water meter off and on for showers/dishwashing, and letting a lot run off, so the fact that The Plumbing Source was able to come so quickly (Friday after Wednesday evening estimate) was so appreciated. In fact, the day they were scheduled to come to estimate I was upset because at 6 pm they had not come as arranged and called, and was told they were still coming. Great service. A crew or 3 or 4 dug and chopped and drilled from about 8 am to 7:30 pm and it was all finished that day, which was a relief. The yard was cleaned and the plants that had to be temporarily removed were replaced so you could hardly tell anything was done. Very happy with service.

Ricky did good work, on time, responsively and responsibly, and with fair prices. He was easy to work with and available when I wanted the work done.

Went fine except that the wax ring was not seated enough and the toilet was a bit wobbly when they left. I just needed to set down on it for a bit then tighten it more. Other than that, all was good

Our old kitchen faucet was broken. We first tried to repair the old faucet. This went well--except for a small, persistent leak. We changed to "Plan B" and replaced the old faucet with a new one. Eddie, who was performing the service, gave his advice but left the final decision up to me. Eddie and his associate, Ivan, were punctual, friendly and performed the service to my satisfaction. If (when!) I need plumbing services again, I will call The Plumbing Source first. Thank you, Shannon, Eddie, and Ivan.

I contact the company to get an estimate on the work. Rick was able to provide estimate based on pictures I sent. When the time comes to do the job, everything was done as promised with no issues. The price I paid was the price quoted. Excellent customer service. Rick is now my 'go to' plumber.

Rick and his assistant showed up promptly as requested. They were clean and professional. Rick immediately identified the problem and had the required part on his truck. He waived a service fee and only charged for his time and the part. He could have very easily postured the leak from another location and charged hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Instead he pointed out the quick fix and performed it! Highly ethical and professional!

Plumbing Source was unable to do the work in the time frame I needed, BUT they were kind enough to reach out to another plumbing company to do the work. I found this to be extremely courteous and it ended up that the work was done beautifully by another company, who was further away. I will be considering Plumbing Source in the future because of how helpful they were to me.

Did not proceed with work...Technician named Eddie was very pleasant and explained the best he could.When I called the office to try to understand more details,Shannon was very impatient and somewhat rude. Called Angies list and got refund.

Rick and Ed arrived on tiime and always found the best solution to both complete the job and save us money where possible. We're very happy with the service, professionalism and honesty displayed by both Rick and Ed.

There was some communication gap trying to set up an appt. However, once Rick was in contact, he was punctual and the job was done.

Their service is excellent! I was very nervous and upset to say the least. The leak was so bad I needed to turn off the water to my home. I was calmed down starting with the initial phone call to the Plumbing Source! I spoke to Shannon who assured me they could help me that same day! Sure enough, Rick and his helper showed up within a few hours and fixed the problem. They were professional and quick to fix my plumbing problem. I highly recommend them! I will use their services again for any future plumbing repairs I need.
