Description of Work: Went well but they couldn't fix the problem. That was not their fault - the drain line was crushed by a tree. There was no way to snake it out.

Description of Work: They replaced an old toilet in our downstairs bathroom (the offer via Angie's List), and in addition they replaced a shower valve, bathtub spigot and shower head in our upstairs bathroom. They arrived on time, worked quietly, and cleaned up nicely. I appreciated their professionalism and the time they took to explain what they did. I would definitely use their service again.

Description of Work: Owner and co-worker are from a good company. Feel they did an excellent job for what we paid for. The only reason I gave them a B instead of an A is that follow-up and pricing for some additional major services took awhile and seemed high compared to other subsequent quotes. Maybe just a question of scale of job, but that's business and choices to be made by both sides in any transaction. That said, we cannot find any fault for their initial service and WOULD recommend them! Super nice too!

Description of Work: THE FIRST ORDER WAS TO REPLACE FAUCET HANDLE. SINCE IT WAS NOT URGENT, THEY DID NOT RESPOND RIGHT AWAY.I HAD PREPAID $69.00 TO REPLACE THE FAUCET. | |THEN ANOTHER THING HAPPENED.SOMEONE TURNED OFF SOME OF MY CIRCUIT BREAKERS AT THE PANEL OUTSIDE THE GARAGE, AND WORSE, THEY TURNED OFF MY GAS. IT TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE THE GAS MAN ARRIVED. HE THOROUGHLY CHECKED THE WHOLE HOUSE, BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO RESTART THE HOT WATER HEATER OR THE AIR CONDITIONER. HE SAID I NEEDED A PLUMBER TO BE ABLE TO FIX THE WATER HEATER. i ALREADY HAD AN AIR CONDITIONING PERSON THAT I HAD USED BEFORE. | |SINCE THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS THE MORE IMPORTANT THING TO GET FIXED, AS THE TEMPERATURES WERE OVER 100. | |THEN I HAD AN ACCIDENT THE NEXT DAY AND THOUGHT I HAD BROKE MY FOOT PLUS i HAD A TORN SHOULDER LIGAMENT SO I PUT THE WATER HEATER OFF FOR A FEW DAYS DEALING WITH THE FOOT AND THE TORN SHOULDER LIGAMENT. | |THEN ON MONDAY SEPT 21, 2015 I CALLED THE PLUMBING SOURCE. wHEN THE RECEPTIONIST FOUND OUT I HAD BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR FIVE DAYS, SHE CALLED RICK PRUSACZYK OWNER OF THE PLUMBING SOURCE 949-379-8388 OR 951-704-7040. hE WAS AT MY HOUSE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. HE FOUND THAT THE WIRE THAT SPARKED THE GAS THAT WAS NEEDED TO HEAT THE WATER WAS DISABLED. RICK WAS FRIENDLY, BUT PROFESSIONAL. AT FIRST HE THOUGHT HE MIGHT NEED TO |GO GET A PART, BUT HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THE WATER HEATER WITH THE PART HE ALREADY HAD IN HIS TOOL BOX. I WOULD SAY HE WAS HERE LESS THAN A HALF HOUR. |iN THIS TIE HE ALSO REPAIRED THE FAUCET WHICH NEEDED A NEW HANDLE FOR WHICH HE HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID. THE COST FOR THE WATER HEATER WAS $165.00 .HE GAVE A DISCOUNT BECAUSE MY ORIGINAL CALL FOR HELP WITH THE FAUCET WAS THROUGH ANGIES REFERRAL. I DEFINATELY WOULD USE HIM IN THE FUTURE IF ANOTHER PLUMBING PROBLEM AROSE. I WOULD HAVE WRITTEN THIS RECOMMENDATION SOON AFTER RICK WAS HERE, BUT THE DAY AFTER HE FIXED THE WATER HEATER i ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL AND THEN IN REHAB, FOR A MONTH, DEALING WITH THE FOOT AND SHOULDER

Description of Work: They replaced an elbow and faucet for an outside spigot. The elbow sprang a leak. They replaced it and it happened again. They replaced it with an elbow from a different manufacturer. It has been fine since then. When the second one leaked it was spewing water all over and I was expecting company and couldn't afford to have the water shut off for a day. They left the job they were on and fixed the leak. I'm glad I was home and appreciated their prompt response.
